Purchase was done online. Salesperson was very helpful,very patient. Made sure I was aware of what I needed to do at my end. I was quite comfortable with the process.

In store employees are nice, but customer service is very rude and condescending. Returning is not as easy as they make it sound. You are stuck with it for 30 days and have to pay a $250 pick up fee (which was more than the delivery & setup fee). When purchasing they just tell you that you have up to 100 days to return. This was a miserable 30 days. I woke up throughout the night and was sore every morning. I paid extra for the i8 bed which is supposed to have cooling effects, and I was sweating every night. You have to use the app to adjust your number, sometimes it would take upwards of 5 minutes to go change. This is especially fun to wait for in the middle of the night. These beds seem like an interesting idea but long-term, do you really want an app to control your bed? When something goes wrong, as you can see from some of the other reviews, you are out of luck.
Overall lost $400 just to return what is really just an overpriced air mattress.
In response to their reply: the details of their return policy is inconsistent with each employee.

Larry and team very much understand that a new mattress is a big purchase for most people. They really take the time to talk through every question, consideration, and detail you need to know before making a decision.

All I knew was that the idea of a bed adjusting to me instead of me adjusting to the bed sounded pretty good. After a couple hours with Larry the store manager (mostly spent our backs), I came away with a clear appreciation for the quality and comfort of Sleep Number and a new bed on the way. The professional presentation and the bed sold it.

Everything went well until we sat for the final contract with Larry. My wife and I both remember being told a mattress pad was included with the purchase. We were told that “was not said” rather indignantly, and although it was only about $150 of the purchase (1%) the discord without an apology or consolatory statement left us with a bad impression and lack of trust. Again, we both know what we heard and repeated back as we were weighing the cost and the value of the deal and to be dismissed and told we were wrong felt disrespectful. Even after we left the store when we discussed canceling the sale over the handling we decided to go forward and not to cancel on 1% principle. The money wasn’t the point, how we were treated was.

Larry was fantastic. We were educated and shown how the sleep number beds work and how this can benefit our sleep habits and health. Never once was there a negative comment or statement about any other matress or manufacturer, just good clean information. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. Definitely recommend visiting this location.
