If I could turn into a cosmic black hole , then I would do so at to be able to suck up starts from this location. The staff is extremely rude, has horrible customer service skills and are very inefficient at creating products. I am a professional painter and this store is horrible. Completely disregarding customers and not interacting with them is not how a store should operate. I will never come to this store again. I will be sure to purchase from my home store in the future.For the record, it took aver twenty minutes for any employee to regard my existence. Also, my color match was dropped off yesterday was not ready.

I am AK and I needed some paint for my bussiness and tried different stores and no where I got the matching color. I came to this store and the manager Michael Kizek helped me to get the color matched. He is very professional and I was very much satisfied with his customer service and helping mentality. He was very patient and communicated well and thoughtfully undestood and helped according to my need. Such employess makes stores favorites for customers as we have a lot of choices of Sherwin-Williams stores around. I decided to make this one my favorite store because of the great customer service I received from Mr. Kizek. I highly recomment this store and I am definitely coming back for paints for my bussiness.

Pick another Shermin Williams. The other stores honor the deals they advertise but this one refuses even when it's on their store website. Manager and staff were rude when I asked them to honor the deal that was published saying they absolutely couldn't but the reality is they didn't want to.

Matthew D Smith the city manager of Sherwin Williams Denver is 99% responsible for the incredibly high employee turnover and low company morale. I hope someone will go ahead and canvas all other employees under his management and figure out Matt Smith is the wrong person for this job. Someone with personality traits like him (Egotistical, Manipulative, Deceitful, Dishonest, Unstable) would be better suited to used car sales or working for a bank, lending predatory loans .

As a company overall and as this store location I would not recommend either. Sherwin-Williams as a company are way too expensive. Their prices are marked up way too high, then they give you a \"discount\"toake you feel like your saving. At the end of the day your still paying way too much money for the paint. As a store very poor customer service. They mixed my paint with the wrong tone. When I went in the store to have them fix it they tried making me pay for the paint again, when it was their mistake. After I refused to pay twice for the paint the manager went on to be unprofessional about it. The workers are not very knowledgeable about paint. Also condescending. It's all about the money for them. Notice the generic response to myself and the other negative reviews. There's exhibit A for everyone.

We were helped by a friendly, knowledgeable person. He helped us with our paint decision and also carried the large container to our car for us. We will be back!

I brought a lot of paint samples to this store to recycle them. They are small. The manager said they didn't have any more room. Sure, that's fine (they are really tiny though). In a friendly, joking way I asked what she would do if I just walked away and left about twelve of them on the counter. She told me she would call the police on me for illegal dumping. Not "please don't do that, we really are full", she was snarky and rude. Nice. Who says things like that to customers? This store is near my house, I have been in there multiple times for stain or supplies, they only have huge containers of stain and not once have had the color I need. Not once. I recommend literally any other paint store including other Sherwin-Williams locations (they all only offer huge containers of wood stain though). The other kid who worked there was very nice and helpful.

Staff were very friendly, especially over the phone. Store is very clean and well kept. Paint is great and in stock.
