I just tried to return spray paint that did not perform up to expectations. Contacted the manufacturer, and they told me to return it to the store. Sherwin Williams did not take the return. The assistant manager passed the buck just like krylon did. These companies don't have accountability for the products they sell, and think customers will just accept the abuse. They sell over priced paint that underperforms.

Extremely unhelpful staff.Asked to buy certain paints, had color codes available for him to match. Made excuses about matching, like can’t promise it will be the same. Was out of many products and when asking about what to buy the guy had no suggestions or advice.We had professional painters with a Sherwin Williams account, asked him to look it up and the was defiant and unhelpful.Guy in glasses had horrible attitude and should not be in a sales role. I can’t give my company this money bc of this guy.
