Had to ask two different employees the same question and still didn't get a very clear answer. One in particular saw me and ducked out of the way to avoid me. Terrible customer service. Will not be going back there.

Wow, I overheard an exchange between the girl at the front entrance and an Instacart shopper that was down right rude! They literally told this weary looking Instacart shopper they wouldn't help her because they don't have to help "Instacart people".

Had a bad face day and was Helped by Ebony to find concealer so I could feel confident for my birthday. Being a man walking into a makeup shop is unnerving but she made me feel comfortable and gave me exactly what I needed so kindly that I’m sad I have no other reasons to go back for now. Amazing customer service.

My girlfriend spent a small fortune here because she forgot her makeup bag visiting me. A couple of things were the wrong shade and they gladly exchanged them for a better match no questions asked

If you are lucky enough to find a parking space, the staff here is super helpful and can find anything that you might need.

Nice store for the kids and wife. Men's section includes cologne from major brands, and mens skin care.

Amazing. They looked me up to see what color I last bought. Then radioed to the gal in that section who pulled it for me. Could not have been easier to give them my money! Great job.

Return 6.1.24 could not have been a worse experience. I was fine with the first employee assisting me, but a tall woman with a brown lob hairstyle came over, cut in and took over, and it went downhill from there because she was severely unprofessional with me. Attempting to explain an issue was very frustrating, as she kept interrupting preventing me from completing a sentence. It was astonishing to me how rude she became the more I tried to explain why I was returning the product. This was my first online shopping experience and my last. I'm canceling my membership, and my credit account with Sephora over this experience. Low customer service, low care, and rudeness combined have driven me away forever. The reason for the return is Sephora does not sell tamper-proof products and my items arrived in unwrapped boxes and an unprotected bottle. There is no way on Earth I am ever purchasing any product that can possibly be tampered with. Ever. Surprisingly it was Caudalie serum and that brand should simply know better. Regardless of the brand, it was unnecessary to cut me off mid-sentence several times like she did, and generally treat me poorly just because I'm doing a return. It was like she was trying to start an argument with me when I wasn't arguing with anyone. She even raised her voice at me saying, that's just how it comes, that's just how it comes. I don't care, I'm returning it, is all I said, and she just got super irritable at me. I will never set foot in the Belmar store nor any other Sephora outlet as long as I live. Apparently all returns must be made in the store. I really deeply do not like a corporation that basically puts up roadblocks for customers to return products. The app does not offer an easy-to-find way to conduct returns. I really, really hate Sephora.

If it weren't for the bouncer at the front that greeted me with "we close in 2 minutes" and then let me know that the aesthetician might not have anything for my dark circles.... Sorry- but let's back up for context. I own a construction company that is in the midst of its final project here in CO before moving elsewhere. The final weeks of every construction project have 1 thing you can bet on being in common- long, LONG, hours. And not 12 hour shift long, but 24-48 hour shift long, day after day, week after week. Anyhow it's around week 3 of this and it's begun to take it's toll. 99% sure this kid at the food court today told his mom "look mom! Hes dressed up like the guys in michael jackson video(thriller maybe?)". To which the mom replied, "No son, that's a crackhead. Don't stare it's not polite"... Anyway. So I'm at sephora being informed that my condition isn't worth the effort to try and fix. But I went for it anyway, and the gal that helped me was sweeter than a Georgia peach and had the kind of big green eyes you remember every detail of up until your final moments. It was at closing 6/5/24. She gave me a recommendation for something she uses, and let me tell ya this Ol' Henriksen eye stuff is the bees knees! Thank you very much 2nd gal for not showing a thread of judgment and making an outsider to the world of expensive creams feel welcome... And to the bouncer, I hope both of your shoe laces break at the same time tomorrow on your way to work... Put a smile on for crying out loud ain't nobody gettin through this thing alive! Ps I took 1 minute and 43 seconds inside

Came in today, we wre looking at the colgnes and some short employee with blonde hair was staring at us like if we were going to steal. I paid for my stuff next time make sure your employees dont jugde a book by it’s cover she had the worst customer service all the time she “help” she was rude and talking to us like if we did something bad. I have always shop at this location and all the employees are amazing but whatever her name was horrible.

I love the products at Sephora. I love coming here, but my specific experience here almost all the employees were extremely rude and stuck up, and I got no help at all not or even acknowledged that I was in the store. My boyfriend was trying to get some colognes and he was trying to flag somebody down to get one to purchase and he got completely ignored. We finally got to the register and the lady who rang us up gave a major attitude to us, and when he told her, he wanted to get some cologne, she threw an attitude at him the runaround and acting like he was stupid asking for a cologne. She walked away and snatched up the bag and acted like I was gonna steal some thing. I will not be recommending this location unfortunately to anyone. I will drive far out to a different location where the employees knows how to treat their customers better. I've been to many Sephora locations because I love make up so so much but I've never experienced such rude behavior from employees especially the cashier we had today.
