Terrible customer service. Refuses to help the disabled work through the difficult state farm system not set up to help the disabled. He is unresponsive and very unprofessional. His assistant used the excuse she is working remote so while he is on vacation noone is able to tell me if the mailed paperwork arrived at his office. She told me to wait till next week. Working remote should never be an excuse to not do the job! He is an embarrassment to State Farm!

Great place, the people are patient and helpful! I moved to a different part of the city but I will keep coming here. Great place.
