Great place to get a pair of running shoes . I bought a pair of Saucony’s from Greg and he was really helpful with fitting the right shoe for my feet . They have a running club on Thursday’s which is a lot of fun. You can walk during the running club also.

Bought my mom a Mother’s Day gift at a different location. Gave her a gift receipt, she ended up taking to find her a color she enjoyed more and exchange. They were adamant about letting her know she would not be getting her money back if the ones she picked were cheaper, and if they were more expensive she would pay the difference. I guess because they are individually owned and also required and appointment. As she browsed they chatted about how she would NOT be getting her money back. it’s wrong to treat someone that way just because they weren’t getting that specific sale. And there is a way to talk to people, if that was the issue. She ended up asking for her shoes back and left. How sad. Don’t recommend this place/location. The one I went to I did not have this issue.

I am so greatful for places like Runners Roost. I’m especially grateful to Jill who helped me find the right shoes for my feet. So nonjudgmental, and open to hearing what my needs were. I landed with a pair of Altras which I am loving. Jill educated me about shoes and how many people allow their shoes to do the work and not their feet. I definitely can feel that after one day in these shoes. It’s almost as if I have to figure out how to run again in shoes that actually fit me! Thank you Runners Roost and Jill. I’ll be back!!

I bought shoes from runners roost for years, but I’m so impressed with the customer service I went in this last week and bought a pair of shoes and they didn’t work out. They were killing my feet and back. I took them back and with no question that let me exchange them for the shoe I had to start with that’s what you call customer service thank you runners roost for being such an amazing company and stand behind your warranties. You have a lifetime customer. I could give you more than five stars. I would once again thanks so much for all your good customer service. And everyone that works there is always so nice. Every time I come in that’s what makes me want to come back over and over.

Can’t recommend this store enough! And Lisa, who helped my husband get fitted with his favorite shoes, EVER, spent an incredibly generous amount of time asking questions, examining fit and feel of various choices and helping him find just the perfect pair of shoes for his walking therapy after back surgery. She also showed us “no-tie” lace options and explained the amazing 30-day exchange policy. Lastly, we could make an appointment!

Blown away by the service and expertise. I was suspicious seeing a 5-star rating, but it's well-deserved. Joel and the other associates were welcoming, knowledgable, attentive, and helped me pick the perfect new road runners. I'll definitely be back.

I went to this store because they had great reviews, and I knew I could get someone who knew what they were doing. I walked in and Lisa helped me right away. I needed shoes for every day walking and shoes dedicated to long walks. She noticed a lot of details about my feet and current shoes that only someone who knew what they were doing would notice. I was there for about 45 minutes total and walked out with two pairs of EXTREMELY comfortable new walking shoes. I didn't even know shoes could feel like that! I've been buying cheap quality shoes for years. Now I'm more decided to walk than I was before. Thank you, Lisa. You're a pro!

I went in for a new set of trail running shoes and some gels and Josh got me setup super well with both. He set me up with a handful of different shoes to try on and helped me narrow them down. He also gave me some solid info on their selection of gels to try. Super happy with everything, thanks Josh??

Amazing shop, Greg helped me out twice and gave me incredible advice and service, his width of knowledge is absurdly strong. The shoes/insoles he helped me with have changed my running pretty much overnight, its incredible. Shop carries an amazing amount of stock too.

After buying shoes on Amazon that didn't fit well and sometimes were not well made, I decided to switch over to getting my toddler proper running shoes. He was measured and I was actually buying shoes that were too small. He got to run in them and is very proud of his 'fast shoes'. They listened to my request for a softer sole and were patience with my little guy. This is a better way to go and highly recommended.

Luke helped me pick out a new pair of shoes the other day. He was very patient and helpful. The store is very nice and the staff members are friendly and hard working. I will be buying all of my running shoes here.
