We were looking for a difficult size women’s 5.5 or 6.0. Mike was understanding and patient with us. Even when the wrong order was sent to the store, the staff were honest and apologized for any inconvenience. Soil I’d and professional service. I really appreciate this store and our experience.

Rebecca was super helpful in finding the correct boot and sizing. I felt a tad obnoxious asking to try a few sizes of a few boots and she made me feel like it’s no problem at all and really just made it an overall great experience. Pop by this location and you’ll be welcomed with smiles, helpfulness and some dang nice boots.

Frey and Rebecca exceeded my expectations today when it came to taking care of my 2412s. They were oiled promptly by Frey while Rebecca ran me through sock options and I followed up with them on my previous insole purchase.Frey went on to help me with finding the nature seal I needed for the Gore Tex leather on my boots.Fantastic experience will be coming back for a pair of 2416s or any other info I have questions about.

Best service I've had at Red Wing!! Will is awsome! Coming from sale's it's great the questions he asks to get a better idea of what boot is going to fit my needs, wants, and job rather than pushing the most expensive. His knowledge with the information given allowed me to get the best boots for the jobs I'm using them for. Get this man a raise period!!! So if you're shopping for boots ask for Will you will have a good time!

Will was incredibly helpful, got my work boots oiled and put on a new set of laces in 5 minutes flat! Everyone here is super helpful and really knows their stuff, it’s great to have a spot like this so close!

The hours online are wrong. Would have been nice to know before I drove through traffic at rush hour. Not sure when people who work for a living are supposed to shop.

I went in with a problem with boots I've purchased at this shop. I was helped by Frey, who was amazing through the whole process. Frey went above and beyond, not only solving the problem I went in with but helping me send in my old boots for repair while I break in my new ones. I can't recommend this store enough, always kind and always helpful!
