The shock absorber on my 2011 car’s tailgate ripped from the cars frame. So it looked like a new bolt would have to be welded into the frame. I talked to one collision place and they said they’d probably need to replace the tailgate…WHAT??? I was referred to Classic Collision by my mechanic and made an appt. Josh was excellent! He looked at the problem and I told him I wanted the other shock replaced as well. He suggested I go to an auto parts store and get them myself since if he ordered he’d have to up charge me. That was so nice of him and to me shows a lot of integrity and honesty. He even told me about several parts stores nearby. He replaced the shocks and my tailgate stays up again. I am so happy with the service I received at Classic Collision. I highly recommend them.

I had a backup sensor fall into my rear bumper, so the system was faulted in my car. My Subaru repair shop recommended this Classic Collision for the fix. I made an appointment, but arrived 45 minutes early since I was in the neighborhood. Not a problem at all! Josh Cooke, the service advisor, gave me a friendly greeting and then proceeded to fix my sensor on the spot. I thought I was going in for a quote and came away with a job well done. Can’t say enough about Josh’s professionalism and great customer service.

Cannot say enough great things about our experience here. Josh was an absolute pro when it came to talking us through their entire process and what our repairs would take. You will not find a lower price in the Denver area. I called dozens of places and Classic Collision was about $1000 less than anywhere else for our bumper repair. Got me in and out within 2 weeks, and could not be happier with the final product. If you need a car repair and live in the Denver Metro, Classic Collision is the place to go.

Worst experience with a bodyshop ever. They broke the headlight while putting the front end together and sent me off hoping I wouldn’t notice. The bulb was cracked and the light didn’t even work , but according to them it was ready.

I had my Honda repaired here last year. I have been waiting for their review email, it never came? My windshield washer reservoir was damaged in the accident. They didn’t even check it and who knows what else. Used to love this place, new owner spells obvious quality issues. There definitely not checking their work? I just hope there is nothing else they didn’t check. They are definitely not the Company they used to be. I would not recommend this business any longer. Your better off going somewhere else..
