I’ve been here several times for bloodwork. I have never had to wait long and always come as a walk-in. The techs have been friendly and were gentle when drawing blood.

Excellent and quick and easy quest location for lab work like annual blood work and other blood tests. I came here for annual blood work. Checkin process was a breeze. Automated via a kiosk where you scan your appointment QR code (sent via email), your ID, and then your insurance. The lab personnel who assisted me was very nice and gentle with the needle. She made a little small talk and not too too talkative. Overall a very pleasant experience. I was in and out within 10 minutes. This one is inside Safeway so don't look for it in the plaza. Appointments: yes online or walkins Insurance: yes accepted UnitedHealthcare Seating: yes indoor chairs in waiting room Parking: yes free lot that does get shoveled Wifi: no Payment: card Vibe: modern doctor's office Dress code: casual and something easy to access your arm for blood work

I just got scolded by an employee because the date on my order was wrong. I was on the phone with my doctor trying to amend the situation, and the employee kept snapping at me. Finally, I thought, I don’t want this person near me with a needle. I told her she was mean and yelling at me and walked out. I’ll go to another quest. Life’s too short. I was nervous about this test, and she is very unkind as well as unprofessional.

The girl with blue hair is extremely unfriendly. I will never come back to this lab. She did not want to do the test labs cuz I didn’t have my order printed even though I showed her the email from the doctor with the order, and she had a printer right in front of her in the room we talked. Extremely rude!

Went in for a 3:30 pm scheduled appointment on a Friday, checked in at 3:23 and was walking out the door at 3:28. The gal was very nice. Perhaps I came at a good time compared to some of the other reviews, but my experience was effective and perfectly pleasant at this location.

What a terrible experience! Before I went to the Quest Diagnostics in the Safeway at Jewell, in Lakewood,I attempted to call for information on how to efficiently drop off a specimen. After pushing many buttons and hearing different directions, my question was not answered, and I was told by the machine that there was no telephone available to actually speak to a person at that particular site. When I arrived, I was told by the one person working that I most likely wouldn't get to drop off my specimen, because I was a walk in. I got there at about 1:30 pm. There was an appointment at 2 that was already waiting. At 1:40 she took in the 2pm appointment. I thought she might let me drop off my specimen, and then take the 2pm appointment at 2, but she didn't. I waited for about 45 minutes. I understand having to wait, but I wouldn't have been a "walk in" if I had been able to get information from the original phone call I made. All this to say my take away was that the young lady working there would rather not have to deal with me. She worked really hard to make it as difficult as possible for me. Another woman in the waiting room had the very same experience as I did. I will never go to that site again, very unhelpful.

Had an appointment today at 10am, was seen at exactly 10am. After explaining I was sent here by my doctor for tests as they had trouble with my veins to get enough blood for testing, Mary took the time to actually search for a good vein and wouldn’t poke and poke and poke like some people can do.She was able to find a vein and get three tubes within minutes. 4 hours later and I don’t even see a bruise at all - something I have never experienced with past blood drawing experiences.If ever given the choice, I will be coming here to get my blood drawn every time.One thing to note is they still require masks, but if you forget they are able to provide one!

This is NOT a good location if you need testing. I had the 2nd appointment of the day (7:10am) yet there were 3 people ahead of me when I got there. By the time I got back from getting a donut there were 7 people in the small waiting room with 4 chairs. One man had his mask off and was obviously sick. Stay safe - apparently you or your time just aren't important at this location.

I purchased my lab work through Quest Direct; however the location didn't have the order number in their system. They called customer support who verified my order, but because the employee couldn't find me in their system, I was asked to leave because I was taking up too much of their time.
