“Truck is/was on its last leg. Staff was great. Had no issues with pickup. App to return was glitchy, had to use website, but overall a good move. It was very easy to find return lane and key drop.”
“I am so grateful to Isaac for all his help! We were having a rough time with our online Uhaul reservation getting moved around (multiple location changes, time change from 9:00AM to 4:45Pm) and so we randomly stopped into this location to straighten things out. Isaac did everything he could to help accommodate us and I couldn’t be more thankful this was the Uhaul we randomly chose to stop at. I think it’s safe to say in the future it is the only one in this area we’ll use. We were about to have an experience that was going to make us swear off using Uhaul ever again but Isaac totally turned things around. Isaac if you’re reading this you’re the best! If you’re Isaac’s boss reading this you should give him a big raise!”
“I called the Uhaul customer service line because I do not have time to call each location to see which location has the pieces to install a hitch and also be able to do the correct wiring harness. The customer service lady gave me the Uhaul on the opposite side of town that had the correct pieces and could install the same day. Well I get over there to find out that they do have the correct pieces but the installation guy is out sick and the owner Dala does not know when he will return to reschedule. So I bought the pieces. At least I had the pieces and she nicely loaded them up for to me to take home. Ultimately, I feel like I should of been angry because services were not rendered. However the way the owner treated me and explained the situation truthfully being Memorial Day weekend to wreck my plans because her guy wanted an extra day off is really unacceptable. But Dala was exceptional giving me other options that another location can put it on for me. I'm going to go ahead and give Dala and this location 5 stars because at no time did she ever give me attitude or a problem. She had apologized and it is was it is. Thank goodness I did find another location to put it on but at least this location provided half of the project. I would still go back there to rent a truck or buy any type of moving necessities.”

“Our truck rental advertised as $19.95 a day ended up costing us $51.00 for 6 hours. And we had to pay for our own gas making the total out-of-pocket $61. We drove 17 miles total+. These costs were disclosed but advertising is deceptive. My friend had difficulty understanding. It's a lot to take in.”
“Got a hitch installed on my Forester here. The manager and hitch pro in this shop were fantastic. Special shout out to the hitch pro (who's name I didn't catch, but he's a tall younger guy with glasses) he went above and beyond in helping me make sure everything was good with installation. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes a lot of pride in his work.”
