Started off ok, but fall team fell apart, asked for refund for season, told it was done, got "team credit", now the phone is disconnected and nobody will answer emails. What is happening over there??

We have found a home at Playball Academy. This facility is the absolute best in this area. As a Coach and Parent, this facility offers everything that you could possibly need. If you just want come in and take some swings off the coin machines you can. If you want to rent a tunnel and do some tee work, hit some bp or get a bullpen in you can. You can also have fun with a group and play on the Hittrax. Playball has has a ton of equipment that you can use, you just need to ask. As a Parent, I know can come train my child myself, put my kids in one of the many camps they do year round or pay for high quality private instruction. I Coach 3 teams...1 Playball Team, And 2 independent softball teams... Coach Medina is very organized, very direct, and always takes care of his teams with any issues they are going through. He also treats outside teams just as well as he does that those that have the PB logo. Definitely happy all 3 of my kids use this facility!

*adjusting rating for now as they had listed the change of hours; however, I think google hours should've been updated as well. I'd argue most people look there before driving to the venue.Went there yesterday and it was closed during listed business hour

Awful!! Save your money and sign up for a softball rec league. You will get more knowledge and coaching through rec. I have never seen a more unprofessional facility in my life from the owner screaming and dropping f bombs to parents in the middle of a game (whom I believe brought up concerns with the team in a private setting cause the parent being screamed at said nothing during the actual game) my daughter came home and told me one of the coaches asked her if she was f*ing stupid. Being a family run facility it really showed when their niece/ daughter/granddaughter did not have a game and they would sit out a paying customers child so she could get more playtime. This place is the biggest joke I have ever encountered in softball anything. I was lied to on a number of occasions by coaches and the owner. The pitching coach tried to rip me off. Not to mention the facility is absolutely disgusting and you feel like you could get a staff infection walking through the door.

What the heck kind of sportsmanship is this organization teaching kids? The behavior displayed by the kids on their 10 year old competitive baseball team is disgusting. My child's baseball team has played against the 10 year old Play Ball team a couple of times this Spring season 2023. Each time the Play Ball kids were cussing at, insulting, and name calling my child and his teammates. It was vulger, cruel, and the worst sportsmanship I've seen.I am not even sure the Play Ball team had all 10 year olds on it. Some of them appeared to be 13 years old. And while I can't prove the ages of their kids, I can tell you what I saw with my own eyes and heard with my own ears and what the kids on our team said what the Play Ball team was saying to them.It also wasn't just the kids using foul language, it was their coach as well. Coaches should be teaching and really driving home about proper sportsmanship and player conduct. Children will emulate the behavior of the adults around them. I can't help but think of the old saying "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree." I shudder to think that these kids are learning this behavior from their own families, and if they aren't, they certainly are learning it from Play Ball leadership. I am not naive to the fact that children will learn bad language and bad behavior as they get older, and Lord knows I'm not some shining example of the perfect adult, but everyday I do my best to teach my kids good behavior from ugly behavior and each day I am proud of my kids. I watch them treat others with respect and kindness and my son is still a great baseball player.I suggest Play Ball leadership look in the mirror and ask themselves if they can truly be proud of what kind of sportsmen they are producing. They might be making great ball players, but they certainly aren't producing great human beings. I'm unimpressed and underwhelmed. Think twice about what you want your child learning before you enroll them in this organization. You can be a great person and a great athlete at the same time. Just ask Nikola Jokic.

We use this facility not only for personal batting practice for my daughter, who plays softball, but also as a team practice location. The staff there has always been great and the facilities are nice.
