Incredibly disappointed with this store. We brought our dog in yesterday to get groomed. Now, he’s been groomed before at other places and last Christmas he had to be boarded for a week. We’ve NEVER had an issue. Yesterday they called us 15 minutes after he was dropped off and said we had to get him and they wouldn’t groom him because he seemed anxious and was rubbing his nose on the cage. When we got him his nose was bleeding. I know it’s not a vet, but is there seriously no sort of “bed side manner”. It’s frustrating that a place that’s whole business is working with dogs, couldn’t do what they hired for, BUT allowing a dog to hurt themselves is just criminal. Again, I’ve never had an issue in 7 years of getting him groomed or boarding him. What’s going on at Petco?! I’ll just stick to the more local small business groomers that LOVE dogs from now on.

I came to buy some fish for my child and a woman who works here she had tattoos I don't remember her name but she treated us very badly my son and me we asked her that we wanted to buy some fish and she said my animals can't go with you just because we are Mexican because of our skin color seriously she treated us super badly they didn't sell us the fish and my son came crying I will come to file a complaint tomorrow with the manager and I will never come back to this store I don y know why they have people like her working for this store.

They have excellent customer service on finding me the type of dog food I needed. They were not carrying the size I needed.

My bulldog is so stubborn and only likes his nails cut by Macarena . He is not interested in anything else in the store and waddles right back to the grooming area. Her customer service and grooming skills are exceptional. You can see how she truly cares about my dog Baby as she is taking care of him. I will not take my dog to see anyone else. Typical Petco Avaliable products include food, caging, bedding, aquarium supplies, grooming for cats, dogs, small animals, birds, reptiles. Large facility with plenty of parking including handicap accessible. Clean restrooms. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Had to exchange a dog harness bought from another Petco store that was too small, very easy transaction.

I brought my dogs in for grooming and although they did a really good Job grooming them, they cut one of my Dogs under his eye and I understand that it may happen if the dog is all wiggly and stuff, but the reason this is a Bad review is because they didn't say anything about it, and that's not ok, if you entrust your dog to them you expect them to at least tell you if something like that happens, but no they didn't even acknowledge it, I will not being my dogs there again, and to add insult to Injury the prices where different from what it said online, like drastically different, I don't recommend them.
