This review comes from an employee who witnessed first hand the illegal and shady activity this location is up to. I worked here for a month and a half in 2024 before I had to quit due to the lies and poor customer service offered by the owner/manager Julian Bhatt. Everything from lying about what your insurance covers, sending people away for their race, and believing that every patient that walked in the door owed him something. His pricing is significantly higher than the industry standard while offering a sub-par service that is a fraction of what affordable optometrists offer. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable Dr that isn't owned by a dirtbag.

Do not go here. They will claim they accept your insurance and even verify that twice prior to your appointment and then tell you after the fact they won't accept your insurance. Terrible customer service!

Pearle Vision is my go to provider. Julian, Michael, and the entire staff are organized, professional, helpful and friendly. They are extremely detailed, giving me confidence that my glasses are going to be perfect! I actually enjoy visiting this shop! I will continue to do so for another ten years!

Not really nice customer service. You cannot go to the shop and look around frames, because you need an appointment. Took my business to other place.

The manager is "Soo stressed out" there.I was hung up twice on the phone,over charged which he won't resolve. Very rude and actually yelled at me "What's your problem" All I wanted was my money back for being overcharged by $188. "Whats'your emergency" "I will call when I have the time "he said when I was the only one in the store. Will the Dr. who owns the store ever know how his "manager" is acting.HORRIBLE Will I ever get my money back? Or the glasses I over paid for.Oh he said he hung up on me because I would not stop talkingToday he will not pick up the phone..

While getting the eye exam done, I showed up 30 mins early. I didn't think it was a big deal but told you're too early. After getting to see the doctor, I was asked how my day was, then didn't let me answer, and I just proceeded with the eye exam.After i tried to get some sunglasses and everyday glasses, I realized that i couldn't afford them together. The total was 879 together with insurance. i was told by the trainee there after not wanting the sunglasses, "I hope next time you come you can afford the sunglasses." The other employee who was "helping" the trainee was rude about helping.I mean, maybe I have bad insurance , or I just didn't know the insurance didn't cover that much. When I went to Walmart, I spent about 400 for sunglasses and glasses with insurance. But Jesus talk to your customers with some kind of respect.

Very happy with my experience! The optometrist was very polite and professional, and the place is very clean and organized. Julian was great to work with, he was patient with me as I chose my frames and explained everything clearly.

Great customer service experience from start to finish. The lady at the front desk greeted me right away when I walked in the check-in process was seamless and the doctor was really good and thorough and accurate got a pair of glasses and they were great. I'll definitely be back highly recommend this place.

If I could give them 1000 stars I would. From the up front staff to the actual doctor this practice was friendly, patient, and an absolute joy to work with top to bottom. I work as a case manager and brought in one of my much older patients (ages 80+) and they were great at checking insurance, being patient with her, giving her multiple directions, and making sure she got the care she needed. Would bring myself and my own family here in a heartbeat.

Everyone was so kind. I was able to schedule my appointment last minute. Dr. Nicole Grimes was thorough and thoughtful throughout the entire exam. 10/10.

The Doctor is great. I've been seeing him for several years now, and he does a very good job of explaining everything in detail, is very friendly, and is always very professional without being arrogant.

A man who said his name was JJ and also the manager was verbal abusive. Told me I couldn't afford glasses there interrupting the young man who was assisting me. he was very rude, I feared physical damage he was so hateful. I hope he doesn't treat all women that way.

Amazing experience, doc was extremely nice and listened to me. Have great suggestions for my contact lenses. Staff was very warm and welcoming.

Dr. Grimes was very kind and professional. She took time to get to know my vision history and was very thorough, making sure I understood what she was doing during the exam. She made good recommendations to help my dry eyes, as well.
