Jeffco licensing station. Must have computer, internet and advanced degree to make online APPOINTMENT to get plates renewed. Had none. Plead guilty and they let me in anyway. One person waiting in the some 30 seats. 4 clerk stations open. They called the other person's number and immediately called mine. I went to the window and handed all my paperwork. They take credit cards at a 6.5% upcharge!!! I surrendered my card, got the tags and fled.
