Purchased a cane ($34.95) for me to use as a support device and the top broke off 2 days after I bought it. I returned 12 days after purchase to exchange the cane and they refused to allow me to return it, even though the receipt said there were no refunds, but returns for exchange will be accepted if returned within 14 days. The manager refused to allow this and was only willing to allow me 50% credit if I wanted another cane, all of which he would accept this was for items at $59.99 or higher. They are thieves and scammers, i will never return and will tell everyone I know not to give them their business. They refused to return the receipt and wanted me to take away my broken cane. Worst people on earth to be allowed in the business industry. No ethics.

Sold me a broken airsoft gun. Sales were final so they didn't want to exchange it, and had to wait almost a month before I could go back when the employee who was familiar with it could help fix it. He blamed it on me breaking it and that they claim they show the customer proof that it worked(this was a different gun than they showed me, this one was still wrapped)

Liars, scammer, thieves. Sold a defective gun and refused to refund or fix it. Lied to my face saying they tested the gun before selling it to me. Do not buy from these rats.

Buyers beware bought these wall scrolls items yesterday if you go to this place in colorado mills ware they display them they cost 19.99 when the lady rung me up she charged me 29.99 a pop. When she learned her mistake she tried to play it off like it was a mistake. No apology nothing acting like I was stupid. Well guess what I am gonna expose you to the rest of colorado. Also their figures are cheap ali express that is marked up 300%. The swords they sell are cheap made wall pieces that are marked up. Nothing in that store is worth the price not saying all these stores are bad the one in the Colorado Mills is.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! They are incredibly racist and if you aren’t their skin color or race they immediately call Security and the police on you. I was in there one time and wanted to show my friend a necklace they had and he happened to be near the front entrance. I got accused of stealing and security came and talked to me. I’ve never stolen anything in my life and security was nice about it but the store owner and employees demanded me to be banned and arrested. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible service and terrible employees. DONT SHOPT HERE!

This is the worst place you could shop. The workers are so rude and their items are cheap. They charge a high price for things you could find at the dollar tree. I will not ever shop here again and I don’t recommend anyone else to.

The people who work in this store are super disrespectful. They are rude and sell knockoff items that are over priced. If you want bad service and to be profited then this is your place to shop. If I could I would give 0 stars I would, never shopping here again and won’t tell anyone to shop here!

All of their items are overpriced and cheaply made knockoffs. Anything I have purchased in the past has broken shortly after. You’re better off using Amazon or EBay.

Employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have seen them be rude and disrespectful to both customers and other mall employees. All of their merchandise can be found for way cheaper online. Do not shop at this store.
