“I originally posted a bad review regarding the lack of communication and extensive timelines we were given to repair my Jeep after an accident. HOWEVER, after my posting, the owner Theo reached out to me personally to apologize for my experience and see how he and the team could make it better so not to lose our business. I really appreciated this. THAT is what customer service should look like. They got me in ASAP to resolve the ongoing issues with my Jeep. I will say, there was still some communication mishaps, but I appreciate their trying and still taking care of me nonetheless. I believe they will continue to strive for great customer service in the future.”

With a 2019 Hyundai, I've gone to dealers only...never again - they are a nightmare!. Ricardo diagnosed & fixed my problem, they took me in without an appointment because I was fearful of an unknown issue, and a long drive to the airport pending.
