Was 15 minutes before closing and associates were all very polite and helpful. Pointed me right where I needed to go. Very pleasant experience. A 5th star once they accept Bitcoin.

Stopped in to mail some packages. The employee behind the counter was very unhappy to be there. Along with overly baggy sweat pants and sweatshirt, and the look of despair I could tell she just wasn't happy. She also seemed very aggravated that I needed help and that I took her away from other things. She couldn't help me with my QR code postage, and she weighed my flat rate box wrong. When I asked if she could do my QR postage I was informed "I don't think so". But she didn't request for help either. When I told her that the flat rate didn't need to be weighed she informed me that the computer requires it. The proper postage wasn't even listed on the computer so I know she messed up entering the package info. I will never go back for any other services.

This is a very nice Office Depot store in Lakewood. Amber, the manager, is terrific. Also, I found that Office Depot, in general, has extremely polite and professional employees.
