Kyle hooked me and my partner up with new Clifdens after some bottom feeding variety of human broke into my car and stole both our pairs. I have photophobia associated with a medical condition and these are the only sunglasses on the market that fit every single criteria that make driving safe and comfortable for me. Thanks Kyle!

Went in just to look around, the manager, can’t remember his name but I do remember a goatee, helped me look at some glasses. Said I looked “hot” in them. It was just uncomfortable. Kept me in a one sided conversation. Took forever just to leave.

terrible experience. the manager, Ryan was so self absorbed and doesn't know how to deal with customers at all and was completely unable to help me. it really seemed like he didn't even want to. additionally, he referred to me as "chica" which was incredibly inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable . i wont be going back :/

Partner had a pair of glasses that lasted only two weeks and the arm snapped and they wouldn’t even trade them out or give store credit. Very cheap quality and don't last. Forces you to buy the protection package, total waste of money.

Ryan and his team over at the Oakley in the Colorado Mills Mall are the real deal. Super helpful and very professional. This store always seems to have items in stock too. Thanks guys

Hey, so we went to this store with my family, My father-in-law has a few pairs of Oakleys, and my mom tried on a pair. She accidentally put them back in the wrong spot, but it was still on the correct wall. A employee approached us and ask "Where are those glasses you tried on? I know you had them," insinuating we were stealing. I wouldn't of been upset If he had politely asked about the locationof the glasses. But my mom showed him where they were, even though she was pretty offended. We left immediately, I called the manager a few days later to tell him what happened. He said he'd check the cameras and get back to me, to my surprise. No one's called to apologize or anything. I'm ultra disappointed in this company.

I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses at Oakley's sister location in Cherry Creek Shopping Center. As someone with very sensitive eyes, Oakleys have always been my go-to brand. Unfortunately, after buying this pair, I felt unwell and dizzy when I wore them in natural sunlight. Given my history with sensitive eyes and Oakley's usually accommodating nature, I assumed the store would understand my situation.
When I went to the store to return the sunglasses, I encountered the manager, Ryan, who was incredibly rude. He denied my claims of feeling unwell and verbally harassed me, doing everything he could to refuse my refund. Ryan insisted that the sunglasses had nothing to do with my discomfort and accused me of overreacting. He was more concerned about the return reflecting badly on his store than my well-being.
Ryan even went as far as to tell me the exact time of my purchase and claimed it was impossible for me to feel sick so soon. Despite his efforts to force me into exchanging the sunglasses or accepting store credit, I stood my ground and eventually got my refund.
I highly recommend avoiding this Oakley location and suggest visiting the Cherry Creek Shopping Center store instead. They are much more understanding and customer-focused.

This is my Go-To store for sunglasses! I have always received the best customer service there from all the Associates and esp from Ryan, the Store Mgr. The selection is also excellent, covering my needs from casual wear sunglasses to sports glasses. Their prices are in line with my fixed income budget too. And did I mention...Oakleys are the best sunglasses!

I picked up my new glasses today and had a great experience with Katy. She perfectly adjusted my nose rests the way I like them and then cleaned and packaged everything up. My experience at this Oakley store was exemplary and I recommend others consider the trip to Colorado Mills for great customer service.
