I'm highly recommend this car dealership beautiful people .Their cars are look nice and very clean.
I purchased my KIA 2016 with affordable price.I got my car same day,after 3hours if I'm not mistaken.Im enjoying driving my car everywhere...Olivia & Nadema are both amazing..This place is awesome ,very fast and very helpful staff..they washed my car before they turned over my car key.Thank you so much for your help...More costumers to come ..oyeahh!

Really kind people with quality cars!
Even though I didn’t end up making a purchase here, the staff was BEYOND helpful to me and understanding of my situation. Starr especially shined, getting me the best of the best rates I could’ve asked for. My dream car may not have been there; but if yours is, give them a shot! They’re awesome :)

I only write reviews for exceptional or horrific service and unfortunately, this place has me on here writing my first bad review. I bought a car from them nearly a year ago and immediately started having problems. After spending nearly $4k at the mechanic, I sent them an email allowing them to make things right and I never heard back from anyone. I'm going to copy the message that I sent here so you can see all of their shortcomings. I would never buy a car from them again and I trust that you will stay away too.Hello,I bought a 2015 Forester from Nations Auto on Colfax on February 25, 2023. I would like to highlight some of the recent issues that I have had since purchasing the vehicle 5 months ago.If you remember, during the test drive, the check engine light turned on. I immediately drove the vehicle back to the lot. 3 hours later, I received a call back and was told that it was the 02 sensor. I was told it was cleaned and any issues were mitigated. The car was not in perfect condition, but I attempted to do my due diligence to avoid costly repairs as the car market was already inflated.After about 100 miles after purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light turned back on. I called to notify you of the issue, and 3 days later my call was returned. In the interim, various forums mentioned that the engine light could turn out because of a gas cap issue. I changed the gas cap, and 50 miles later the check engine light was no longer on. Since then, every time I start the car, I hear a grinding sound that lasts around 2 seconds.I also noticed that there was a leak after taking the car in for a routine oil change. As a result, my mechanic said it was the transmission shaft gasket. He also mentioned that the car looked as if it had been wrecked, which didn't show up in the Carfax report. I took it to my transmission shop for another check. $450 later I was back on the road, but he mentioned my back tires were bad. We had discussed the tires before purchasing the car. After only 4k miles since purchasing, I had to replace the tires due to hydroplaning ($650). The alignment was also completed during the tire replacement.Recently, the oil temp jumped up over 250 degrees. I checked the oil to find it was half a quart low. I looked around and under the radiator cap to find a milky substance along with oil. Almost a sure sign that the head gasket is blown. The quote to fix the head gasket is from $4,500 - $7,000 depending on a cracked block.I am hoping that you all will understand that I paid a premium $15,000 for a vehicle that I’ve now had no choice but to spend over $5600 to drive safely. I would like to allow You to make it right. I would hope that you would buy the car back.

My experience buying a car for my son at Nations Auto was fantastic, especially due to my interactions with the owner, Nadema, and Olivia. Both were incredibly kind and enhanced my experience significantly. The customer service was outstanding, with a great selection of cars that were priced reasonably. This privately owned dealership clearly demonstrates pride and care in its management. The lot was neat and well-organized, but it was the excellent customer service from Nadema and Olivia that truly stood out. I would definitely recommend Nations Auto and wouldn't hesitate to return for future purchases.

My first dealership experience as I usually stick with private sellers but took a chance based on reviews. Truly a great company and honorable. I love my car and prices are reasonable among their cars. Starr and Nadema will go above and beyond and communicate efficiently and effectively. I had a few after purchase hiccups (not mechanical) and they made it right when after papers already signed and they could of told me to take a hike. I assume most dealerships would have ignored me but they have been very helpful kind and honorable business. I'll go back if buying a car in the future from a dealership and probably not bother with other more commercial places as those were a completely different shopping experience and no comparison. Kudos to these guys and being good people!
