They take the time to listen to your questions and concerns, are very knowledgeable, kind, honest and all around make you feel well taken care of! I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so which such five star attentive staff! Thank you ladies for the great work you do! Does not go unnoticed!

Very knowledgeable eye doctor and he took his time to explain everything to me making sure we came up with best prescription to fit my needs! The treatment from the staff was beyond my expectations. I will continue to come here and I would definitely recommend this office.

I have been going to My Eye Doctor and seeing Dr. Warta for several years now. What I really like about this office is that Dr. Warta is very knowledgeable and kind. The people who work there are polite, professional, and helpful. I really appreciate the young lady at the front desk who knew all about my insurance and helped me to save money on my contacts.This office is also very convenient to me; I can even walk there!

I had a problem with a particular person.. Because my Eye Doctor is truly concerned about their patients and customers this matter has been discussed in a very professional manner and resolved. My Eye Doctor is five Stars. Thank you for personally calling me and resolving my issue.

MyEyeDr2766 S. Wadsworth Blvd.Lakewood, CO 80227The above location is the most Unprofessional, Confusing, outright Exasperating, showing very poor judgment, and changing facts to fit their story or needs.(1) The most critical items for me was having my eyes examined and also requesting to transfer images that were taken a year ago at another MyEyeDR location. My thinking was this would be an excellent service to compare one year ago to current, so they may spot any rapid changes. The optometrist said it couldn't be done because they are on a separate Network. I found this to be a little strange but accepted it. The next day I called the other location (MyEyeDr) that I had my eyes examined a year ago and they said it was no problem to transfer the images. I returned to the Lakewood Colorado location and asked if they received the image of my eyes. The Store manager looked and told me they have not received images. The receptionist overheard the conversation and stated Yes we received them a few hours ago. I asked the store manager why they did not do this on my first visit. He had no real answers, just a lot of wandering words.(2) The next problem on this visit was I wanted to buy a second pair of glasses from another insurance policy I have. The first pair was from the Veterans Administration, I wanted the second pair from my other insurance. My insurance would give $200 for frames and no charge for standard lenses. This Lakewood location quoted me a price of $471 and would not quote me lower price even though I asked many times.I went to my first MyEyeDr and received the second pair for Zero dollars. I did add a $33 upgrade.Why did Lakewood refuse to quote me lower cost glasses? I think I Know.$$$(3) A very dear friend LLLF of mine requested a warranty on glasses she purchased in 2022. We picked out replacement frames but we did not have her current eye prescription with us at that time. After signing an email release form, we could send an email prescription updated to their location. After sending the updated eye prescription we received an email that stated we had to come in again to have a measurement taken for replacement frames as they did not take them when we were in their office.. This was the Straw that Broke the Camel's Back! We decided to take our business to another MyEyeDr location. So we drove back to the original location in Lakewood and requested all frames be transferred to another location. This is where the story exaggerations started to explode. First we were told that the glasses had already been ordered. I stated how could you order the glasses without measurement, after a lot of words they came back and said well they're in the system but they haven't been Pushed. So another exaggeration stated.(4) We were told to drive to the Lakewood location to pick up frames, after we arrived at Lakewood to pick up frames we were told they would not release the frames unless we paid $800 for frames. This was the opposite of what we were told by the first MyEyeDr location. Lots of driving for nothing, 30 miles.IN CONCLUSION:Could someone offer training to: Store Manager, Optometrist and other Personnel at this location. Please! WOW!

Can’t ask for a better eye dr/contacts and glasses place! They do it all and do it extremely well. I want to give a huge thank you and shout out to Kamisha! My contacts I ordered/paid for hadn’t arrive yet because they were on back order but she was able to figure that issue out in a very quick manner (they will be shipped out in April), then she sent me a free 6 week supply so I would be able to have new contacts and not worry about when the others would get to me! 2 day shipping at that, thank you again! I have been with MyEyeDr Lakewood for the past 3 years and will continue to give them my trust!

Horrible communication with their rules. Scheduled appointment for 12:30, and according to the system they have a 12:20 (10 minute rule) The other location canceled my appointment, and did not let me know- and so both times have arrived at the locations and can not be seen.Previously would have recommended the business, but ever sense post covid they have changed and became horrible.

My daughter and I had a joint appointment - where we were both seen at the same time by different providers. Great facility, impecable staff, and the doctors were knowledgeable, thorough, and provided great services. It wasn't until we went to optical to check-out, discuss glasses / contacts were we met with an entitled, egotistical, rude, and mean part of the team. This representative of the company walked around demanding and and yelling at the team members (front office workers, assistants from the back, and even the doctors themselves). There was a miscommunication around pricing for the machine used instead of dilation - we were informed 3x in the back the cost was $39/per person - and we agreed to this add on price for both myself and my 11-year old daughter. The optical representative them shamed me claiming I didn't have the funds to pay the increased price of $79/per person. WHAT?? The price more than doubled per person- the other staff said they offered the test at the $39 rate and they should honor it - but this 'Karyn' wasn't having it. Berating me and the other staff around the office - so much so I had my daughter go sit in the car to not witness it. I prey this person no longer works for this company - as her nasty ways and RUDE customer service is ruining customer experience and the moral of the team. It's crazy that one bad seed can ruin a company entirely - good luck, and I hope you find a new optical rep ASAP!!!

I have been coming to this MyEyeDr for 3 years and have always had a great experience. The team is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to work with you and your insurance to figure out the best, most affordable options for your needs. Dr. Hulse and Misha (at the front desk) are great.

I have been going to this location for over 10 years, back when it was Vision Care Specialists, and I am appalled at the lack of care.My daughter received a pair of glasses where the scratch protector started flaking off within 9 months of receiving them and they DID NOTHING! My visual insurance should’ve covered any faulty work within a year, and still, THEY DID NOTHING! I guess I needed to pay EXTRA FOR A WARRANTY! That’s like asking a dental patient to pay extra for a warranty on the materials used to fix a tooth.This is why they are losing these 4+ clients of over 10 years to a MUCH BETTER place. So sad that a great small local business had to sell out to a greedy corporation.

Every person I interacted with at this MyEyeDr location was so nice! Will at the front desk made my entire visit so pleasant from start to finish. I had never been in before and I really appreciate how my first experience went. I was immediately put at ease, everyone was professional but personable and right away, I knew I chose the right place for my eye care. I will definitely be back! :)
