We were a client of Advent Security for 15 years then our account was purchased by "B Safe Security" and then by Mountain Alarm. Our company closed when our lease ended in May 2022, and we provided three month's notice to discontinue our service. Now, Mountain Alarm has has sent a collection agency to harass us and they are demanding that we pay TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS for services we never received. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We've been with Mountain Alarm since when they were united security. Their service has never been less than excellent in any contact that we've had with them.They took over our existing system without a hitch. We've upgraded our coverage a few times. All of that has gone without a hitch.Needless to say, this has been a perfect system for us.
