Great shop ran by some great guys. Went in for a routine oil change and they noticed my coolant was starting to leak and saved me a potential breakdown on a long drive I had coming up.

Great location. Employees are honest and quick. I have been taking my cars for a few years. They never try to push anything unnecessary. The only time something came up they didn’t even need to be asked to show the issue to me along with how it should have looked. When I’ve had to go in for repair, it always ends up under the quoted price.Services: Electrical repair

Called ahead. Said valve stem replacement was $22.By the time I checked in, it was $29.90.Then I needed a new air filter, battery cleaning and a valve stem sensor.Told them to replace the $28+tax sensor.They came back and said I needed new tires. The old one was dry rotted and they couldn't air it up after repair because it might blow up.

Ryan is nice but that’s all that goes into my one start rating.Took my car in under a silver rock claim. I brung my in Thursday they kept it Friday and Saturday. Saturday evening I had heard nothing so I called at 3:45 not knowing they close at 4 (my fault) Ryan says we will need to keep the car longer bc the tech that is here couldn’t find anything we’ll need to wait for our master tech you can come on Monday grab the car if you would like.My thing is Ryan I’m sure you’re smarter than you look why wouldn’t you call the customer way in advance to let them know your tech couldn’t figure the issue out. You let me know 15 mins prior to closing I could grab my car. In this Denver traffic there no way I was going to make it so I said keep it over until Monday at this point.So I grabbed my car Monday and the “master tech” told me to get plug which is logical bc the mileage and just for prevention maintenance. I left with out paying anything bc the claim was open.I get a call from Ryan two days after I grabbed my car saying silver rock won’t assist with the repairs you need. But we’ll give you a discount the diag fee is $50I told Ryan I am not paying you for anything considering I missed out on work due to you having my car for so many days and doing absolutely nothing with it. He told me the fee was $200 which is a lie bc Midas is an in service repair shop with silver rock so it would’ve been $100 I feel the whole visit was a waste of time.I appreciate you Ryan bc you were kind but this whole situation was ridiculous and could’ve been avoided. I get your swamped but you’ll have that on thoseBigger jobs just takes organization and a better team
