I hate this phone service I have 4 line's took 2 line's off thinking my bill would go down fuk no I pay 80 for 2 line's and the service sucks. I'll be taking my business to a different place. Maybe mint causes metro you suck.

The lady at this store wouldn’t help my dad call customer service. She insisted she couldn’t do it. But another metro did. Worst place ever.

Not only do they not have any good service. But they push you to leave with as many items and not very knowledgeable of what they are dealing with. I don't recommend it. Especially if you're transfer over from a different career. Very upset being a firs time Verizon customer. Good speed. Terrible people working for them. Especially at this location.

My daughter a long-time T-Mobile customer, went to this location to have an additional phone number added to her phone. on arrival, she was greeted by this j*** named Joseph. This so-called customer service rep, let my daughter explain she wanted another phone number, a Denver number, attached to her present phone. He began sweet talking her and touching her as he explained to her she did not want to do that, her told her he would take care of it, went in the back room, then went to his counter, and rang everything up. He charged my daughter's credit card, then took everything out of the boxes and sat back down with my daughter. He charged my daughter for a new phone, not with a Denver number, a Jersey number, and said she needed to have a wifi antenna for her home. He puts everything in a bag and tells my daughter she was all set and she could leave, and he would call her in a couple of days for a date. Once my daughter had arrived home, she called me and told me what happened. I called the store, and a girl answered the phone, I asked for the manager, but she said he was busy and she would help, Well she was full of s**** all she did was try to defend Joseph and in so many worlds called my daughter a liar. I found another store that was owned by Wireless Vision, in T-Mobile Aurora Mall, I spoke to the manager, named Steve who let my daughter return all the crap and gave her a Denver number. Thank you Steve and for the a** in Bear Vally store named Joseph, hope you die and rot in hell. To all the Men in the Denver area with a daughter(s), if your daughter is going to Bear Vally store to get a phone, you should go with her to make sure Joseph keeps his hands in his pockets. I told my daughter to press criminal charges, and I am thinking we should sue, Joseph and the store manager, Wireless Vision the owner of the store, and T-Moble for hiring a perv, and endangering all the young women who are just out to buy a new phone.

Every time I come here the reps are very rude and very vulgar , I told them I wanted to remove a line they didn't even direct me to call customer service the guy just told me straight up that I have to pay for it , I will never be coming to this location again

I went to this T Mobile store to switch carriers and get a new phone. Marina was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me select a phone that has the features I wanted at a reasonable price. Had my new phone all set up and me out the door in under an hour. Thank you Marina!

What a very confusing experience. I was told l had no insurance on my phone and l'd have to up grade my phn and get insurance in August. I was shown my information on the cash register monitor and was told this outcome. Well l went to Metro PC after calling customer service, l do have insurance and was able to get a replacement phone. Did you try and rip me off? Wow!

You WANT to bring your kids and entire family here!! I took my 3 year old here for her first dental visit. Unfortunately, her first visit consisted of multiple cavities, two of which were pretty bad. I thought I would have to sedate her, because I didn't want her first visit to be traumatic. Dr. Hoang assured me it was not necessary and she was right! I later found out that Dr. Hoang has over 10 years under her belt in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Hoang and her staff was able to complete my daughter's new patient exam, cleaning and filled all 8 cavities in the same visit and it only took about 90 minutes. The best part was that my 3 year old had such a positive experience that she went to daycare the next day and bragged to her teachers that she went to the dentist and had 8 cavities.
