Never busy and never want to be busy! This place has made me want to stop being a Metro Customer and we have been for 8 years? This is our local store, but we will now drive out of our way to get better service. The staff is the epitome of Lazy! Go anywhere else! I appreciate your response. I came in and talked to Angel and he made it clear. I came in on Friday sept 6th in the afternoon and spoke to a young Hispanic female. She stated that Metro no longer allows any upgrades and everything is full retail price. She lied! You do and I would have purchased the google pixel. Instead thanks to her complete laziness I had to go to Best Buy and purchase two new phones. When I came in to have Angel help set up is when I learned that I could have upgraded? I have been a customer for 8 years and if Angel or yourself is not working the service is horrible. So let me thank you and your incompetent employee for treating me so poorly ( and I asked her several times in disbelief if it was true and she calmly said yep sorry with a smile every time) and let me waste my time and money because she would not take 5 minutes to do her job when she was just sitting there when I came in with no customers to begin with. She was smug and matter of fact. It is unacceptable and should not be permitted. I like the coverage and price with Metro and am glad I didn’t let an immature complete disrespectful pos change service providers! Metro is an honest 8, your store however is an honest 1!

The person helping me did not understand English I had a hard time explaining my self to him I think you need to hire people that are bilingual and understand both languages not just Spanish that you

Angel made switching from one carrier to metro so simple. I had been honestly dreading going in to do this but we were in and out in less than 20 mins with two new phone numbers and a sigh of relief. Thank you Angel!!!!

This has to be the WORST store I have ever been in they are VERY RACIEST and RUDE will NEVER go back 0 stars WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to be CALLED A RACIAL SULR !!!!!!
