Mark at Major Medical was amazing. He very clearly trained me on the usage of my new CPAP device. His level of communication and customer service was beyond reproach. Simply put, the best experience ever!

Really inefficient and I don’t understand their queue system at all. They do half at one desk then send you away to another desk (where you wait in a new queue with no context). I waited for ages and people who came over to get photos after me went before me half a dozen times.
I’ve gotten DLs in five states and this was the most drawn out and inefficient process I’ve ever followed.

They are virtually impossible to get a hold of if you have a question or problem regarding a bill. You either leave a message which they never return or receive a message that the mailbox is full.

Avoid this company. Their billing practices are unethical. With the "family of companies" it's nearly impossible to get to the correct representative. The billing department is outsourced and doesn't seem to understand how insurance works. I drove 45 minutes to an office to understand my charges and no one could help me.
Ask for the contracted rate with your insurance. It's probably cheaper to pay out of pocket.

My Experience with Rocky Mountain Medical AKA Major Medical AKA Adapt Health AKA Aerocare AKA - CROOKS- was horrible.
Their billing was so erratic including one charge for $2850 and another for $1718.80. (thank goodness UHC did not allow this amount). I ended up paying $1650 to these jerks for the machine and 3 batches of supplies after which I went to another provider.
For all this I ended up spending more than $1600 out of pocket
The LUNA G3 machine I bought goes for about $600 for a new machine (per online search) and the 3 orders of supplies should have cost about $175 each). So my estimate of the value I received is about $600+(175*3) which is $1125.
So Aeorcare/Crooks - explain to me why I was charged over $500 more than should have had to?
I advise not to use this company.

Bunch of fraudsters. Had to dispute hundreds of dollars of credit card transactions to get my money back. I knew something would go wrong because I've had issues with these people before so I took a video of myself returning the items and packaging them up. They turn around and falsely claimed that some of the items were open so luckily I had the video that I could submit to my credit card company. Never NEVER again.

Every time I've been in this store either I was told that I could not pay cash for what I wanted to buy for my elderly mother I had to have insurance I never heard of that before or I was treated like I was a second class citizen I don't recommend this store enter at your own risk

The people at this business are very rude!!
I’m not one to leave poor reviews usually but this place actually lied to me about prices and additional charges -above and beyond the purchase price of a CPAP unit.
I’d go anywhere else if you are needing durable medical equipment. They partner with a company called Adapt health. They also are rude and not educated about the equipment and charged me an additional 60$ a month. On top of the 25$ a month payment on a 600$ machine. They billed my insurance company 500$ for the hose and headgear. (All plastic pieces) that are essential for the machine to even operate.
Steer clear of Rocky Mountain health equipment and Adapt health.

If you need CPAP therapy, don't go through major medical. They're a rip off, they dont answer any questions about the therapy, they oversend consumables, you'll over pay for the same thing you can get for cheaper without insurance online.

Great place! They always help out any way they can. Very attentive and friendly. They were able to help us with an electrical hoyer lift battery replacement. Even though they did not have one on hand, they were able to get us a substitution for the time being.

Apparently you need an appointment to buy anything. So DO NOT go in here unless you have an appointment. The staff looked at me like I had two heads when I told them I didn’t have an appointment.Seems like a pretty silly business model to me. But hey! What do I know? I’m just a customer who knows exactly what he wants and has the money to pay for it!

I received medical durable equipment back in Sept 2022. Most invoices I've had for the machine and supplies comes from AdaptHealth, who have engaged in creating duplicate invoices, ignoring insurance EBOs, and overcharging me hundreds of dollars in increments. They mandate a card be kept on file for forced autopay. Customer Service gets you nowhere. In addition to my bank account getting robbed of these overbilling issues, Rocky Mountain then sent off an additional $1700+ claim to my insurance company with a mid January service date. What? Where in the hell is THIS coming from? I'll also point out that this far, we're talking at least a few thousand dollars they've been leeching for a simple CPAP machine. Talk about a bunch of crooked scoundrels!
