Mark at Major Medical was amazing. He very clearly trained me on the usage of my new CPAP device. His level of communication and customer service was beyond reproach. Simply put, the best experience ever!

They are virtually impossible to get a hold of if you have a question or problem regarding a bill. You either leave a message which they never return or receive a message that the mailbox is full.

Every time I've been in this store either I was told that I could not pay cash for what I wanted to buy for my elderly mother I had to have insurance I never heard of that before or I was treated like I was a second class citizen I don't recommend this store enter at your own risk
