My wife and I come here pretty often to buy, sell and trade and it’s always a great experience! The staff is super friendly and the manager is a really nice and friendly guy who loves working there and is always eager to help us out as well as his staff! They have great attitudes, are fun to chat with and are always patient and helpful while I look through their card selection. Love coming here and hope they keep up the great attitude ,atmosphere, and customer service! I highly recommend this place, my wife and I have a great experience every time!

Just recently got back into collecting, went in here and had a really pleasant experience. Traded in some old cards and got a new sealed etb with some bangers.

These guys are a joke... some ppl buy pokemon to try n get cards worth more then the 7 dollars we pay for a pack....but they act like you are stupid for trying to sell them... told me I had bulk...every card was a one or two star. Then took my 70 dollar card n offer me 5 bucks...if we keep letting them treat us like this then why buy the cards n why have your store!!!!! You guys suck!!!!! Worst in Colorado

The reason that this place is open is that the owner is making money off of its customers. It’s the same for every business so you would expect that customer service would be a big deal. Nah. To that point, make sure you watch how the employees handle the stuff you bring in to sell because if you decide not to sell them your gear, they might keep some of it anyway and put it in their case to sell. And when you call them and tell them they may have kept your stuff, instead of reviewing video or talking to other employees who were in the area, they will basically call you a liar. And then when you drive 30 miles back to the store after they call you back to admit they are wrong, make sure you double check because ,again, they might not give you all of your stuff back. Hey, at least they apologize for calling you a liar. Haven’t been back since as there are options where I don’t have to deal with less than acceptable organizational operations but I have used that experience for training purposes. They do have a good selection and the store is laid out nicely. Just watch out for employees who don’t pay attention to what they are doing and then get rude when customers raise concerns.

Perfect shop, friendly staff, great selection of magic singles and new products, wish they had the older stuff or bigger selection but this is my home store wont go anywhere else.

Not worth any stars at all! I am met by a customer with a pet dog at the entrance. We chatted with him and his dog seemed nice. The guy behind the counter confirms he is a manager and instantly sends me packing.
To quote this 'manager' "even that guy at the door shouldn't have been in here either."
BUT the other guy and his dog clearly WERE welcome in there. They were not forcing him out. The other guy and his dog held the door open for us, expecting our welcome as if it was a normal game shop.
No pets in a gaming store to start with is a stupid policy, but to only half enforce or to single me out is double so. It was an utterly terrible first trip to this place. The manager just kept repeating, "It's the owners policy."
Really, it's the owners policy to keep me specifically out.

I’ve been in a handful of times and the staff is always solid. I sell Pokémon cards and these guys are on top of it. They give you the best bang for your buck. Anywhere else you go they pay 30% or lower. They’re fair and give 50%. Everyone has to make a buck. They greet you right when you walk in and if you have a decent amount of cards they all jump in to help go through them and give fair offers on everything. They’re knowledgeable and willing to go over why their offer is what it is. I believe his name is Damian. He’s my guy. Even bringing in high volume of cards they handle them with care as they evaluate them. It’s an amazing store and has that family / familiar vibe of true video game/card stores that we’re so badly missing. I HIGHLY recommend them and much appreciate how they operate and do business. 10 out of 10 for sure.!
