Wow. Their commercials really suck. They suck all the positive energy out of me in the morning. What should I do about it? I will never use or recommend this company. The negative feelings from their advertising leaves me drained. I have called them multiple times and left messages for them to call me back. They have never called back. I'd be worried working with Leher would do the leave the same sucky feelings that their commercial advertising does to me each morning.

I could never recommend a business who has chosen to aggressively market with a commercial featuring profanity which unfortunately plays four to five times each hour when I try to listen to my online favorite radio stations.

Love our chaska 34 glass fireplace! Its beautiful and works well. No problems last 2 years. Called **** today and he walked me through how to remove the glass for cleaning and getting rid of ****** moths, saving us a service call! Now were ready for winter!

Kim was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure we knew the ins and outs of our fireplace and detailed how our stacked stone would line up. We truly felt so supported and her care and constant communication made our whole buying process a breeze. Alex just completed some warranty work for me, and his knowledge and communication was outstanding. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and provided additional tips and advice regarding how to use my Mendota fireplace that were extremely helpful. He also perfectly cleaned up the work area and left everything just the way he found it.

I must say, I am honestly surprised by the negative reviews on here, but everyone's experience is different. However, I wanted to write a review that reflected our experience with Lehrer, as it was nothing but positive. We purchased a home in late Dec 2021 and have been in the process of renovating the interior so it no longer screams 1970s with sporadic 1990s updates. Our most recent project was tackling the fireplace. Our old fireplace was actually charming in it's own right (and we saved several features such as the mantel to be used somehow in the future), but it was more mountain cabin-y and less our vibe. During the planning, we contacted several fireplace vendors and visited several showrooms, but ultimately went with Lehrer. From the beginning, they were incredibly easy to work with. We did not have a general contractor and instead were coordinating the various trades specialists independently. We wanted to keep the fireplace wood burning, which was a challenge considering everything is gas or electric these days, but we presented Lehrer with our vision and they helped direct us to the products that would best suit our needs.We ordered a MagraHearth mantel and a Stoll door. Ken, one of the owners, personally came to our home to help us with measurements as we did not fully trust our skills. Since the pieces were being manufactured semi-custom, it took a couple months to get the products in, which was fine considering the amount of demo/rebuilding we were doing with the stone and concrete. After the stone work was complete, we went to put the doors on and discovered our frame was installed upside-down, and two of the pivot pegs were bent. We didn't know what to do other than attempt to use a vice grip to straighten them out, and try to fill in the frame holes so the doors could be in the correct orientation. We called Ken in a bit of a panic. He was so helpful, graciously offering to come over again and check it out. He took the doors back with him to the shop to problem solve the issues, where he ended up putting on a tack weld so the doors would fit the holes on the frame right-side up, and straightened out the bent pegs so they rotate properly. I don't know what we would have done without his guidance. Thank you to Ken and the team for helping to make our vision come to life!

Lehrer's Fireplace upgraded my gas logs and installed a remote start that I love. Then a year later, they went above and beyond helping me resolve a service issue over the phone saving me the time and money of a service visit! Thank you thank you!

I purchased a custom fireplace screen from Lehrer Fireplace & Patio after searching for over a month for a solution that would work for my needs. Matt Short helped me find a solution that met all my needs and he led the process of ordering it from the manufacturer. Matt was highly responsive and helpful, and made this process considerably easier to navigate. I received my fireplace screen last week and it's perfect - well worth the effort and wait! I highly recommend working with Matt Short and Lehrer Fireplace & Patio. I'll be back for any future fireplace needs.

Like other reviews, I wanted to add a gas fireplace to my house. Ken Lahrer came out and said he would call with an estimate. Never called, so I called the store and left messages. No response. Very rude way to treat prospective customers. Now they don't have my business and I will warn anyone off dealing with them

I just had the MOST incredible experience here. Kim was above and beyond with her exceptional service and follow up. I needed a new remote for my fireplace- she not only helped me figure out what I needed, she found it for me and brought it to the Lakewood store so that it would be more convenient for me. This all happened during graduation week and I kept forgetting to go pick it up! She reached out several times and kept me on task! I am so grateful to see someone that takes pride in their work again! Bless you Kim! You are OUTSTANDING!!!!! Finally got the remote!!!!

Fantastic experience with Lehrer’s, quality products that they stand behind. Patio furniture ordering and delivery done with great service, great quality, and when we had an issue with our new grill they immediately worked to correct the issue. Love the Artisan Professional grill - at first had a bit of even heating issue - their service tech found it was our natural gas supply pressure, corrected it and the grill is the best I have ever used - even & HOT cooking! Thanks Thomas and the entire Lehrer’s crew!
