After a terrible experience at the lab Corp at Lutheran, I left there and went to the this one. There was a 45 minute wait but the staff was very pleasant. I'll never go to the Lutheran site again.

Worst experience ever. My wife went to a 11:00 appointment with her doctor and before Labcorp got through with us,we got home at 3:00!The nurse/receptionist was an angel but this place is so disorganized it should be banned. People were actually sitting on the floor waiting. Senior citizens sitting on the floor?

I signed in, was helped right away at the front desk and sent to a room. Jade was my phlebotomist and what a joy! She was fast, professional and absolutely lovely! Please thank her, she made the experience a delight!

Horrible place, run don’t walk. Terrible, rude, demeaning woman that works here scolds and yells at the elderly and others. Demands people check in to a non-working kiosk or she won’t help them. Orders people to go to an ‘overflow’ area so she can ignore them. Tells people loudly that she can’t do four things at once and makes sure everyone knows a coworker quit that day. Gee, I wonder why, who would want to work with her? Someone needs to get a handle on this place, make adjustments and do what’s right.

They would get zero stars, if it was an option. It took me weeks to find a blood fasting appointment. The first available they had was 11:15am, so I took that. I get there and wait in my car for the text and get called, walk past all of the people waiting in the halls to a lady at the front desk who rudely asked my name. She said that a blood test I needed was part of a fasting test that needed to be given between 8-9am and that they couldn't do any of the bloodwork today, because they were all part of a "package". She advised that I come back and wait in line with all the others. Her words and treatment were so rude, it made me not ever want to go back. They could have called after having my paperwork for weeks before my appointment to let me know I needed a different time slot... Never again. The worst company to give your $$ to. Go somewhere else that is helpful and deserves our hard earned $$.

Quality of care was excellent - kind and patient. We did have an appointment (we booked 10 days in advance so it took awhile to find an opening) which got us in and out quickly.

We were all sitting in the hallway, waiting to get her blood drawn because everyone was in the room waiting also and there were no seats. The employee named Jenna comes out to yell ( and yes, she did yell) to all of us to go in the other room it's a fire hazard to be in the hallway, which is fine but none of us knew where the second room was of course so I asked,"Where is that?" and she said right where I just came from. Which how would I know where she just came from? She's very unprofessional. First of all, you don't yell at adults and also how would any of us know where a second room is. We don't work there. Also she was very rude to other patients when they asked how long or what the wait time is because there were just so many people waiting and she had a smart aleck response that everyone else has been waiting an hour so it's going to be at least an hour for her also and I honestly just don't think that she knows how to communicate under stress. Someone needs to speak to about her attitude. I didn't get into it with her today because it would've been a whole thing, but I do not appreciate being treated like that nor will I stand for it, if it happens again i will talk to her directly And maybe someone needs to communicate with her that most of these people that are getting blood work done have something going on with their health and they're scared and unsure so to go into a facility and be treated like this is not helpful at all. There is no care or concern today and I guarantee you most of these people in this office. feel the same and that's very disappointing. On a sidenote, I did go here for lab work on Monday and have the sweetest older lady help me and she was very very kind. Unfortunately I don't know her name.

The staff was very rude and dismissive towards my father and I. Went for a drug test for a future job. Had to be be there before 4:30 walked in at 4:23. When I walked in there was a little wait so I stood in line. They didn't acknowledge me or my father at all. When it was finally time to be seen they VERY rude and said they couldn't perform my drug test because "I wasn't there before 4:30." When my dad tired to explain nicely that we were there before the time, they rudely disrupted him and caught an attitude w/ him. They were all Karen's, and I will not be returning to this location ever again. Once I stepped in and got an attitude w/ them, they tried to de-escalate the situation by trying to talk to me nice but I wasn't going for it. The place was quite dirty and had an awful smell.. yes I'm the person to leave reviews. Very poor staff! As a nationwide company y'all need to look into that. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

I went this LabCorp location to get bloodwork done at the behest of my doctor. My appointment was at noon. I arrived 20 minutes early.I took the elevator the second floor and as I rounded the corner in the corridor, I noticed there were people sitting on the floor outside the door to the testing facility. I walked through the door and noticed there were only six chairs, all full, in a very cramped waiting room. At the end of the row of chairs was the kiosk to check in, again in a very cramped location. I walked past the counter to get to the kiosk. There was no one behind the counter.I waited patiently for the lady in front of me for some time; she seemed to be having some difficult, digging through here bag that was on the floor. After a short wait, she completed the check in. At the kiosk I was asked for my insurance ID and my driver’s license. Both were scanned in.I then went out to the hallway to wait for name to be called. At noon, I went back into the waiting area, and waited by the doorway, for my name to be called. It never was. At 12:15, I decided to leave if my name was not called next. It was not, so I left. There were still six people sitting in chairs in the waiting room; I assumed that they were in front of me.During the time that I was waiting, I noticed at least two people walked up the check-in area, waited a few minutes and were called in.Contrast this scenario with the imaging area on the first floor. The waiting room is spacious. There is always someone behind the counter. I have been in and out of there a number of times previously, and was able to get in and out quickly.

The wait was super long, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment, and the last time I went, they literally lost my labs! I had my insurance verified, card put on file, blood drawn, and now labcorp can’t find my lab test results or anything anywhere. My provider is unable to get those results (now on day 11 after the sample draw, when last time they got the results next day) and when I emailed labcorp main customer service, they so far haven’t been able to find my test/sample at all. It’s the same test I got last time I was here, same provider, same me.

Their website says they close at 430. Google says they close at 430. My doctor says they close at 430. And what do I find? They close at 4.Is no one at labcorp capable of updating a website and updating google? Pretty frustrating when you’ve been fasting all day only to find they are closed at 405pm.

I went into LabCorp today in Lakewood knowing there were no appointments available and I was able to get in within 45 minutes which was much better than my last experience. The girls here are very professional and they looked up my lab right as I checked in to make sure it was there and that I would not have to wait for no reason. It's always nice to know that the orders are in the system. I noticed that the girls went out of their way as well to help people who may have not had their lab work in the system and directing them on what to do. I was very impressed!!

This is a terrible place to have to go. The space is incredibly small and gets overly packed to the point people are sitting on the floor, they are under staffed for the demand, if you don’t have an appointment expect to wait 45+ mins. Labcorp needs to find a better location or expand into the open unit next to them rather than use it as an overspill room. Or better yet, St Anthony’s needs to offer a better solution through another company. I arrived 5 mins after they opened and there were already over 15 people in front of me. Avoid this location at all costs unless you enjoy long wait times and sitting on the floor.

Avoid these idiots if you can. They will aggressively demand payment but then refuse cash to turn you away. Complete retards. If I could give this idiocy less than zero stars I would. -1 Negative star for this location. #$35.00

These folks do not ever, and I mean EVER, answer a phone call. Neither will they call you back if you leave a voicemail. I have been trying to reach them for over a month, with dozens of calls and voicemails, to no avail.Knowing that, and how poorly organized they are with their appointments (see other reviews), I’m baffled why anyone would choose to go here for any type of healthcare.
