You can find helpful employees and spend as much or as little time as you need in the store. My one disappointment is that the women's petite department is very small, and choices are extremely limited.

Took my mom to Kohl's to get a few Christmas sweaters. The store was nicely stocked and the assortment of clothes plentiful. Thing is, there were racks of sweaters peppered throughout the area. While this might be purposeful on the part of the store, it took a while for us to hunt and peck across aisles and sections to find suitable sweaters. The clerks were very friendly.

It was very busy, parking was very nerve-wracking. I don't usually shop here. I probably won't be back. Didn't have enough pepper grinders.
