Abusive Management, constant cussing, gossiping in front of customers by said managers. Kroger as a whole is at a hard decline. But this is the most toxic job environment I’ve ever experienced. Zeke is a crying child, the signaler stocker that isn’t a foreman or manager comes to work drunk.
Quality control for products is also next to none, constant expired items left on shelf’s, pallets coming in from the truck with broken items leaking, spilling onto other items. This specific store is a joke.

This King Soopers is by far the best! The customer service is phenomenal! Very friendly and polite. I shop here regularly and have never experienced anything but friendly customer service. My favorite place to shop hands down!

This location chose to remove all black shopping baskets due to " theft". If the Manager was customer focused , security tags on the baskets may have been a better choice. Even Walmart figured that out...

Will not be shopping here anymore. What an embarrassment. My apologies to the poor soul working the self checkout who had to tell confused customer after confused customer that there were no more baskets bc “the manager refuses to buy them bc they keep getting stolen”, it wasn’t fair that it was not the manager telling the customers this. Wake me up when this greed that’s never satiated dystopian nightmare is over. The audacity to make me check out my own groceries, that I’m paying almost twice as much for than I was 4 years ago, and then suggest your customers are the criminals bc of stolen plastic baskets! Embarrassing. I’ll go elsewhere now.

They never have any small carts or baskets because as one of their employees told me "our manager won't buy more".
Plenty of other grocery stores to give my money to. Natural Grocers Safeway, Target, Whole Foods!

After moving back to the area last week I visited my old Go To King Soopers Grocery. The Customer Service Center was excellent and assisted me with the App to setup a new savings account on groceries and gas, made my day! Every isle of this store was stocked full, clean and easy to navigate. BONUS in the fresh produce section, my eyes and tummy found plenty of ready to eat veggies. Prices are not as high as I anticipated.
