Stores shouldn’t get a good reviews because they operate. It’s clean, stocked, and for the most part friendly. That’s should be standard. The deli that runs when the small Asian lady (sorry for calling her by what she appears to be. I know that’s incorrect I don’t know how to else to say it) there is great. But any other time getting anything over there is super frustrating. Management has a responsibility to help their employees when they are in a huge understaffed or untrained staff situation. They have one employee putting boxes away in the back in clear view( truly staring at the line) but only steps in to assume responsibility after the first 3 people have been served? What because the boxes take priority? Yeah 30 mins for chicken salad. Outrageous. People complain about prices and rude service? No it’s the highly paid 3 members of upper management on shift IN THE STORE standing at the checkout that 1) Can’t train 2)turn a blind eye &3) bare no responsibility for the career they have invested themselves in. Which if they had self respect they should be embarrassed. Take your job seriously. No matter what you do or don’t get paid.

Store is decent however there is an extremely rude lady named Theresa who works there. I’ve seen her be rude to everyone who checks out. I hope what ever is bothering her gets resolved so she can find peace and start being nice to customers!

This kings soopers is a joke,they are always out of items. The employees never seem to know when new stuff will be in. AND WORSE THAN THAT TONIGHT I WITNESSED AN EMPLOYEE (DEBBIE) EXIT THE BATHROOM WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. I wish 0 stars were a option, i hate this store

Lower your expectations. This site is constantly out of stock on so many items. I moved here during COVID and thought it was to blame, but it's still an issue. They also stopped selling certain items that seemed to be very popular, like Kroger brand chili and 2lb bags of peanuts. Most of the shopping cart wheels are in disrepair.
On the plus side, they keep the store clean and the lighting is good. The stock is neat and organized and they seem to keep their prices marked correctly. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and safe. They're responsive to unwanted behaviors.

Terrible attitudes from the employees! Swearing cussing very unprofessional. Probably the worst grocery store experience I've ever had. That King Soopers used to be a great store. And now that all the low income housing projects have moved in the area it seems as though the attitude has changed there from friendly to hatred! Terrible store! I will not be going there again unless it is dire!

This store deserves no stars at all! It is hands down the most poorly managed grocery store I’ve ever shopped at.
Not only are their prices absurdly high in the worst time of inflation but they are always out of staples in every dept. The produce is disgusting! Always old and starting to rot.
Tonight though was the straw that broke the camel’s back. They did not have a single shopping bag for customers when I checked out.
I know this is mainly because of all the whiny hippies in the CO state gov’t but King Soopers will not even supply customers with paper bags now.
I had to carry my groceries out loose in my arms because I refuse to have to buy one of their “reusable” bags for FOUR DOLLARS!!
And I dont just drive around with grocery bags in my car all the time. Who does?
Also, those lazy employees closed down an entire side of the self checkout at 8 PM!!
The store doesn’t close until 11 pm!
The store was still plenty busy and the line for the 4 self checkout registers that were still open stretched all the way to the back of the store!
People were LIVID!
Im done shopping at King Soopers FOREVER!
Shame on the Kroger corporarion!

Complete trash pharmacy, I’m regularly infuriated by them. The doctor says I can fill my prescriptions a day or two early and I’ll call and they will have them in stock and they won’t fill it because it’s post dated like any medicine usually is so I’ll have to wait and then boom out of stock and out of meds. Incompetence runs rampant at this location. If you like regularly being disappointed and terrible customer service, this is the place for you!

It seems every time I buy fruit from this store it tastes horrible and this time the strawberries were disgusting. I called to see if they could look up receipt since I lost it and they were rude and hung up on me. Safeway down the road is a way better option

Possibly the worst King Soopers.
Always a horrible meat and/ or fresh veggie selection…
& I don’t think I’ve ever completed a grocery list in one trip because of how constantly out of stock they are!
Unfortunately it’s the closest grocery store so i often set myself up for disappointment coming here
