I really like this pharmacy. They always have my meds ready when I go in, and it is very convenient for me because I can do my shopping at the same time. The staff has always been professional and kind.

I had the best experience today with this pharmacy. I couldn’t get the help I needed at another pharmacy and I couldn’t wait to get medication until Monday and Chris the pharmacy manager was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to get my Rx filled today! He was exceptional to work with. Thank you

This place ran over their Hippocratic oath and then reversed back over it to make sure it was dead, several times.
Trying to get my meds refilled here has become almost comical it's so bad. I'm done giving this place the benefit of the doubt. Totally irresponsible and lackadaisical with people's important medications.

Very concerning malicious, bias behavior from Adriana, the Pharmacy technician (heavy-set with curly reddish hair).This person is very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!She has a past with me with using her authority and manipulating it into calling security on me with no valid bases whatsoever, just her simply being spiteful, and at the same time doing it smirking as to let me know she has the upper hand…Back in 2022 was my first ordeal with this person Adriana, she tried to tell me my prescriptions were not ready when I clearly got a notification text message stating they were she then got angry at me because I disagreed with her direction having me wait till the next business day for my medication. She then copped a major attitude and played victim and called security on me. I did not get intimidated because there was no valid basis. I requested a store manager (Jody). He then diffused the issue and promptly had them fill my medication, and you could tell she was heated. Then, apologize to me, and personally told me out of his own mouth that he knows they have issues, and they are clearly understaffed in the pharmacy.For a whole year and a half I’ve been going to the same pharmacy as I’ve dealt with her several times and she does not even look at me. You could tell she had been angry with me/don’t like me for the original 2022 incident because she did not get her power trip way by having security intervene WITH NO REASON WHATSOEVER!Today I went in and had another issue with one of my medication‘s. I was talking to her about it, she made me feel like I was talking to a wall, and did not even make eye contact with me, treating me like a trash-can underneath the desk.I then started voicing my concern to the thin, black woman pharmacist, she told me that she will check into it for me. She called me back to the pharmacy approximately five minutes later than told me it was the doctors error, I was questioning what my next steps should/could be Adriana, the technician Intervened in our conversation out of nowhere. I told her very clearly I was not talking to her I’m talking to the pharmacist.. She got a mad look on her face literally turned around, got on the phone and called security. I then started audio recording and I asked her. Why would you call security with no legitimate basis. I told her she is using her authority and abusing it because she don’t like me from over a year ago!I then seen two plain clothed guys on their cell phones acting really sketchy. I asked one if he was security he got in my face angry, and said no don’t ask me again! So I was beyond angry at that point, because of the audacity of this woman, causing another scene, and I was not going to tolerate her getting away with it.I requested a store manager at the service desk. A lady assistance store manager Intervened I voiced my frustration and showed my proof of our original conflict back in 2022 of the same scenario with no legitimacy on her and calling security..Dis manager in question just told me she will have a talk with her. That is unacceptable. I want an investigation on this because this is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed because there is no reason this person should get away with treating a customer wrongly as if I was being hostile or aggressive. I guarantee you, I was not hostile or aggressive when she called Security over the speaker. Of course I was in high dismay, and very angry after the fact of the way, this keeps happening, and the way they are trying to cover it up and push it under the rug ..I have a complaint with corporate (report#67095083) made again today. I will not stop my complaint until I can provide my side to a management team that takes this seriously. I’m prepared with all my evidence that proves this has been an ongoing pattern with this person, and it has been well documented on my end with voice & video recordings…I urge anybody who has this issue with this person Adriana To definitely write a review as well and voice, it with the one 800 corporate number! Stick up for yourself!

Everybody at king soopers pharmacy is very sweet. Very helpful, And definitely overworked. But still help and take the time to make sure you understand all your pharmacy needs..

The male pharmacy tech is always nice in person when I pick up my Rx . Unfortunately, the staff is extremely rude when you have to call in. If I was able to refill my Rx any other I would, but that’s how my provider put in the order.

Seven employees working in the whole place on a Friday night, lines all the way to the back of the store. It's kind of ridiculous. Corporate needs to stop being such stingy assholes.

Staff is professional and as helpful as they can be! This pharmacy is ALWAYS busy, but the times I’ve asked to speak with the pharmacist about a new med, or needed to use GoodRx for something, I’ve always been helped. The line can be long around 4-6p on weekdays, but what line isn’t at that time?

Very rude pharmacist. I already don't feel good, no reason to be rude, mean and make other people have a bad day just because you misunderstood. Should not be in a position dealing with people...
