I've been with Allstate insurance for about 2 years. They truly do not care about their customers, from my experience. I was told my rates would go down which they didn't. My experience has not been the greatest. They raised your rates without letting you know. That's not right especially if they say they care. When I called and asked why my rates were raised on my home and auto? The rep stated because your not using the drive wise app. For my home rate? I thought that was the most ridiculous reason for home and auto rates to go up. Then I asked her why they didn't let me know and she didn't even know which alone says a lot about this company. The rates are on high end as it is. I found insurance for auto and Condo, at a reasonable rate. I'm frustrated I didn't switch insurance companies sooner. I'm going to save a lot more $ with this other company. It's what we all look for as customers. "Savings"! Allstate will not save you $. Do your research before going to Allstate.

James is amazing. He worked hard to give us a rate for home & auto that was competitive with State Farm. He is kind and funny. He truly cares about you as a human, not a number. He really went above and beyond for us! Amanda is awesome as well. She is James right hand and always willing to jump in and help.

I have been with James for over 35 years. I can say without a doubt Amanda is one of the best I have worked with. She was so awesome helped me save a lot of money and kept me from switching my insurance. I hope she stays with James for a long time. James is lucky to have you. I can’t say enough about how pleasant and helpful Amanda was to work with!

James has been my insurance agent for over 25 years. In that time, he has always been there for me. His co-worker, Amanda, is a wonderful asset to his business! This last year has been a tough one for me, personally; and Amanda has always dealt with my moods in a very professional, calm, and friendly manner - it's been much appreciated. When I first came to Allstate I was super nervous having a big name insurance company cover my auto and renters. Now I don’t think I will ever leave Amanda is always on call when I need her even when it’s a little question! Thank u Amanda for everything! Best insurance agent ever!
