Sam and Josh went above and beyond to help us into our first home! They were always more than happy to answer our questions even late night and on weekends. They got us an amazing deal/rate, and regularly communicated with our Realtor to make sure our best interests were taken care of! Not only will I recommend them to others but I will absolutely be coming back for any refinance and future purchase needs!

I was referred to IMG by a friend and it was a great choice. From start to finish, it was a pleasurable experience. They gave clear, concise/prompt answers, no hiding behind phone and explained pro's/cons of various lending options out there. As a first time experience with them, I HIGHLY recommend them and will keep them in mind if I choose to move again.

Sam Bassan was easy to work with during the refinance process. The amount of time from the application to closing was less than half what it took when I had previously refinanced my home. In addition Sam had multiple options available to choose from in order to find the best loan for our situation. His interest rates were the best I found in my search.

UPDATED 8/10/21: My fourth refinance with Innovative Mortgage Group within 2 years, need I say more?Okay, I will say more: Innovative Mortgage has the whole process streamlined. This refinance took exactly 2 weeks from lock to close. The majority of the time was waiting on the lender's due diligence.UPDATED 10/27/20: My third refinance with Innovative Mortgage Group. Integrity, experience, and value. You can take it to the bank!UPDATED 5/18/20: Just completed my second refinance with Innovative Mortgage. Save yourself a lot of time and grief and just contact Innovative Mortgage,For my refinance I shopped many lenders before I found Sam and Josh Bassan at Innovative Mortgage Group via an internet search.I clicked “Get Quote” on Innovative’s website, answered 14 simple questions, clicked the “SUBMIT” button and within an hour I received an Email from Sam with a COMPLETE QUOTE and his contact information. After several days I decided to call Sam, unlike all the other lenders Sam did not call me first. None of the other lenders gave me a quote without contacting me first by phone and then their quotes were incomplete. I cannot express how much I appreciate Innovative’s approach.My refinance closing and funding happened at the height of lenders increasing their requirements because of the COVID-19 virus. Despite many hurdles Josh and Sam got it done with a smile! My suggestion is to shop a few lenders and then contact Innovative.

Sam is THE best we’ve ever worked with. Not only is he responsive, but he knows his stuff. Random questions, things I don’t understand or just want the ‘why’ on - he presents all of it before you even have to ask! We’ve used him several times, referred him to friends and will use him again. Thanks for everything!!!

I can’t reccomend IMG highly enough. Full service start to finish. Josh and Sam are a pleasure to work with. They are like having a coach, advocate, and friend helping you along the way. In the search phase, they bested two other groups on price, speed, easiness to work. From there it got better. After you are under contract, they walk you through the whole process of what to expect. As you move through it, they simplify the process by breaking it down into bite sized chunks. They have a great tool for gathering all the documents, so what might be a mess of documents on your end, is nicely organized. The communication was phenomenal. They synced up well with our real estate agent even though it was their first time working together. Every step of the way they anticipated any upcoming potential hiccups unique to our situation and we were ready with necessary documentation. I never felt out of the loop, and never felt like I couldn’t get a hold of them. We were ready and cleared to close well in advance of our expedited closing date. Many Many Thanks. It is SO nice working with people are just that good at what they do. Not once did I feel anything other than grateful to have them on our side.
