You showed exceptional customer service and went above and beyond. They're very casual about taking money from you and when it's going to be returned. I live paycheck to paycheck and having $200 missing is a huge deal for me. Tried taking money out of the ATM and it wouldn't let me despite having just been paid that previous night. When I look at my account it says the $200 was taken out, yet it was never was as the ATM told me it couldn't be processed. I call this branch since that's the ATM I had used and they said they've been having issues with the ATM doing this exact thing and that I would need to dispute it. I call to dispute and am still waiting. I go into the branch today and ask why I haven't heard anything or why the money isn't even pending in my account, the guy just casually shrugs his shoulders and says "well it's still in the 10 day period." Guess he doesn't understand what living paycheck to paycheck is like. I understand it can take UP TO 10 DAYS, but is it really necessary to take the full 10 days? You're a big bank with plenty of money there's no reason it should take this long. I've only only a customer here for just over a year and I have had nothing but problem after problem with this bank. They just don't care. They just want your money. Once that missing money is back in my account I'm taking it all out and going elsewhere. Absolutely horrible bank. I'll never recommend this place to anyone unless its to avoid it!!!!

Had a horrible experience with a Huntington Checking account. There are so many banks to choose from, would not recommend dealing with them.

Huntington sucks. They take forever to process checks. They’re rude on the phone. I’m withdrawing my money and closing my Huntington account. I’m sticking with ENT credit union. Wayyyyy better. I’d give zero stars if I could.
