H&R Block will charge you $400 to screw up your taxes, then will refuse to give you a refund. You’ll be lucky if you can get your taxes corrected yourself, because they are no help once they’ve filed them incorrectly. AVOID.

Ed is not someone who I would recommend to do anything tax related.
Jen at the front desk can't handle any type of dispute with out getting upset. This place was a wast of my time.

I don't even know where to start with the awful experience I had with Ed. There's so much that is wrong I can't write it all down on a review. I should of saw the red flags in the beginning. I'm 100% dissatisfied with everything about HRB, and my return is 100% inaccurate. Even after doing it twice, as Ed said the first e-file didn't go through. Their moto is 100% satisfaction, and 100% accuracy, ha ha what a joke! The way Ed treated me, loud voice, very mean, he even walked away from me and just left me standing there!I'm still waiting for customer service to call me back after waiting 48 hours.

After using the online product for years, For the first time, I needed help with the online taxes-actually just a simple assist of how to print off prior years taxes. After being transferred to 6 different people and 2 hours later, they still could not help me. I going to have to drive down to the city from my home one hour away in the mountains during a snow storm to get a copy that I need asap. This defeats the entire purpose of doing my taxes online and paying for the online help option. We will never use this online product or even go into the office ever again. We will be finding a local accountant where we can speak to a person instead of 5 work from home people with zero experience to help with a simple question regarding their online program.
