AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Don’t expect your taxes done properly, or a refund from H&R Block when they utterly screw them up. Abysmal customer service and service in general. Zero respect, zero help, zero refunds.

This is the absolute most worst H&R Block EVER! The first time I got my taxes filed there the HR representative did not file it correctly so I had to go back. Further, when I came back, there was no type of compensation or compassion provided or anything for their mistakes. They were just very nonchalant about it and were like OK go ahead and give us the rest of the money that we lied about and then we will proceed with filing your taxes “correctly.” Come to find out my taxes are still not filed correctly. Do not come here unless you want this migraine and mess.!!!

Michael is great! Love getting to work with him, he's very knowledgeable about his job and how to explain every step to you while filing so you know what exactly is going on and he's just genuinely caring and nice! I only work Michael when i go to H&R and I will continue to as long as hes there!

The girl took a perfectly good working card for their company and gave me a new one and didn't activate it now I can't activate it and I have to go back to deal with it today not a good experience not quite sure where my taxes are going
