My mother came to visit (my apartment is too small for her to stay with me) and she had originally booked a different hotel that had some major problems that made it a deal breaker. We showed up at Home2 Suites at around midnight, desperate for a place to stay. Skyler and Sheeka were there, instantly offering us bottles of water when they saw how run down we were. They provided excellent customer service and immediately had a room for us within minutes, so my mother was able to settle in and get some rest. Home2 Suites was clean and safe (unlike the previous hotel) and my mother was able to enjoy the rest of her trip. Everyone else on the staff was also amazing throughout the week (sorry, I didn’t get the rest of their names). Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, a package that I addressed to the hotel could not be found. It wasn't until I wanted to speak to the manager after the third day that the package suddenly arrived!
The rooms are big and tidy.
Everyone can see the location for themselves. If you don't have business in the area, it's rather unsuitable.

I stayed at this hotel for a 10 day business trip. I am not one to write reviews but felt it was necessary with the incredible service I received during my stay. The front desk staff was absolutely AMAZING! I had encounters mostly with Alicia, Liliana, Taylor, and Skylar. All were fantastic and very hospitable and made my long stay a lot more enjoyable. The breakfast is great and the property is very clean and quiet. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I stay at a lot of properties. A lot of them being Home 2 properties. If you are needing a hotel in this area, I highly recommend it. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is the best Home 2 I have ever stayed at and will never stay at any other hotel in this area in the future. Rock star service for sure!!!
Noteworthy details: I’ve never experienced a better front desk staff in all my travels!

We planned a weekend staycation to visit Dinosaur Ridge and Elitch Gardens, and we chose to stay at this hotel because we have had great experiences at other Home2 Suites and because of its proximity to Morrison and the train line (though we didn't end up riding it). The proximity to our activities and to food options was great. It was quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. However, this was a much more disappointing facility than the other Home2 Suites we have stayed at.
While the other Home2 Suites we have stayed at were new construction buildings, this is clearly an older hotel that was remodeled for this new brand (smaller rooms, a bit dingy, no exhaust fans in bathrooms). Not a big deal - just not as nice and clean feeling as the other properties. Lobby common area, outdoor patio, and dining area are very nice and clean and new looking and extremely spacious.
The big problem was the state of the hot tub and, to a lesser degree, the pool. We first got in the pool, and the main downside to it is that it is way too cold - our youngest daughter didn't mind, but the rest of us were uncomfortable. The bottom of the pool wasn't as clean as it could be, but it wasn't bad, and the jets and vents all had a little bit of brown/orange build up on them. But it was passable. The hot tub however - I was appalled at its condition. We got in, and what I first noticed was the black discoloration all over the walls and floor. All of the vents were completely covered in rust-colored build up. Worst of all, two of the corners of the hot tub were covered in black fuzzy mold growing right down to the water's edge. I looked up and noticed that the large air exchange on the wall behind the hot tub was rusted, bent/dinged, and covered in black. I got myself and my kids out immediately. I informed the front desk, and she said it should not look like that and that she would let the maintenance guy know (he was gone for the day; pool was closed for maintenance in the morning). However, this is not something that happened overnight - that condition is from long-term neglect of cleaning and maintenance.
I love Home2 Suites, but this was disappointing, and I wouldn't stay there again. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Double billed, ignored refund request twice Didn’t give the points offered until we commented that we would stay on chat until
The points were awarded. This was an hour into the second call just about the points
Power was out, front door wouldn’t open, who knows if fire alarm worked and they kept checking people in
Manager ignored offer to help open the main door
Take your chances.

Best hotel room / kitchen suite we have had in years. Me and spouse. Great space and accommodations. Good price.
Rooms: Good space. Kitchen. Chairs, table, sofa, desk. Tv. Refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher. Microwave.
Safety: Slight concern with cars parked in lots. Put things out of sight.
Walkability: Walkable for Denver.
Noteworthy details: Pool, exercise facility, breakfast. Convenient to highway.

I had to travel to Denver for a work trip and I usually stay at Home2 hotels because I love the amenities. Sadly this location was the worst location I have ever stayed at. The room was absolutely filthy, the floors were sticky and dirty, the mirror was disgusting and had not been cleaned in a while. I hated my stay and I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I received a text message from Solange asking how was my stay so far and I expressed my concerns to her, unfortunately I never received a message back and that shows me that management does not care and work like a robot instead of addressing issues! That was unprofessional of Solange to not even acknowledge my message. I do not recommend this home2 location and recommend to stay elsewhere for a more cleaner feel.
Rooms: Disgusting and filthy!

I have now found a new Denver area favorite. I was impressed as soon as I walked in. I like all the common area sitting and areas to hang out. The breakfast is on the nicer side of average. The room was spacious and I really like having the kitchenette. It is a modern up to date decor. There are a few dining options within walking distance. One of my favorite things is the park across the street. It has a walking trail around a few ponds. The location is a little odd as it is tucked behind some other buildings. Great stay. I will be back.

My stay at Home2 Suits was very pleasant. As soon as we stepped into the hotel we were greeted by the front desk worker who made checking in a breeze. Sheila, Jared, and Solange were especially welcoming and made sure that we had a comfortable stay and provided everything we needed. They went above and beyond to full fill our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel for its price, location, and most of all, its customer service.
