Damien at the paint section was awesome. He helped me get exactly what I needed, and we shared some funny stories together about working retail. Had a couple laughs. What a guy. Thanks for the good experience!

I always enjoy going there. However, there wasn't one 10mm wrench to be found in the 3 Home Depots that I went to that day. In their defense, it was just a couple of days before Christmas.

Self checkout is the only option because of "staffing issues." Pretty sure nobody likes those machines.

If you're looking for a store that is always busy and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, this is your place. Associates always avoid any eye contact in an effort to avoid having to help customers in need of assistance.

Cody is super helpful with power tools and knows where every single random thing I asked for was in terms of which isle and what section! This guy truly is a great representative for Home Depot!

The store itself is managed pretty well. I really like that they have the concrete close to the door and they have flat carts right next to the concrete so it's really quick and easy. The thing I don't like is there are a lot of folks in the parking lot that are not customers. Some are homeless, many of them are people trying to pick up work. The problem with this is the guys trying to pick up work will sneak up behind you and try to ask if you need help. I am comfortable going to the store by myself, but I would not send my wife by herself. How to fix it: make a designated area where the workers can stand, that is a long ways away from the front door. Do not allow loitering throughout the parking lot.

You can find anything at Home Depot. Generally the service people can help you with how to use what you purchase or they can find someone who can help you. As a non-handy person I depend on Home Depot for a lot of information & help since my husband died.
