First elevator is broken so you have to use the staff elevator in the far back of the hotel, does not feel safe, on top of that our room was also right by the staircase, the exit door to the stairs opened and slammed at least 500+ times through the entire night.Next NEVER stay here on a Saturday, sounded like a fast and the furious movie outside until 2 am, it was absolutely the worst got zero sleep, unfortunately we would never stay at this location again.Rooms: Sub par at best, run down older establishment.Safety: Did not feel safe at all, I had my husband meet me in the lobby to go to our room, a man was sleeping on a chair in the lobby almost falling off with his pants falling down because he slid of the chair.Elevator broken, had to use staff elevator in the back of hotel 100% did not feel safe at all.Walkability: I wouldn’t.

I do not appreciate being woken up and accused of smoking in my room even when I clearly wasn't. Not only was the security guard a jerk about it, when I mentioned it to the front desk the guy there accused me of it too.Rooms: It's a room. No microwaves.

Everything here was great the service here is amazing and the room was very clean and nice to walk into. But when I went to make coffee the water reservoir was caked up with a brown grime so please check your coffee makers before use very nice otherwise

Went to catered banquet there. Nice room and good food. Staff was friendly and quick.

The pool is closed and the IHG app advertises that it’s open. That was a big reason we came to this hotel. The AC/fan puts out a smell that is similar to an electrical burn. Not a great visit.

The service was very friendly! Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The water was lukewarm for bathing. The breakfast was nice and the service at the restaurant was friendly.
