If you are looking for somewhere for weight training look no further. My wife and I have going here every week for a year. Dave takes care of any equipment breaking before the next time I come in. He also offers group workout classes but will tailor a program for each individual.

Offering small group (guided) workouts with each participant following an individualized workout as well as 24/7/365 open gym access for those studs who just want to workout on your own!
