The woman who was working alone yesterday 3/16 was amazing!! I can’t remember her name, but she was super friendly and provided great service. I was having a really stressful morning and she treated me with kindness and respect. I would recommend Hertz to anyone!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! Literally rent anywhere else. I reserved a car online and when I came to pick it up they said they didn’t have it. The only other option was for an electric vehicle which wasn’t an option for me as I was going somewhere remote where there wouldn’t be charging stations. They ended up charging me $100 extra for the gas car, even though it was their fault I needed to get a different vehicle in the first place. The guy at the desk was rude, unapologetic and refused to be helpful in any way. After reading other’s reviews this seems to be a chronic issue, and the only response Hertz gives is “well forward this to local management” which has clearly been completely ineffective. Who knows if they even do or if local management even cares, because they clearly aren’t doing anything to fix the issue. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!

This seems chronically understaffed: been here twice in the past week, and it’s been at least 45 minute wait (still actively waiting this time). Maybe I got unlucky, but after an hour and a half wait to get a vehicle that had been reserved in the “President’s Circle” at the airport during the same trip (reservations don’t mean anything to Hertz), I’m really regretting my 10+ years of “Gold” loyalty.

tried to rent from this store. showed up at 8 am when website said they opened. they did did not show up until 8:45 am. then said my vehicle would not be ready until late afternoon and there was no other option for me. when I said that was not acceptable and very poor service, they told me to leave premises and would rent to me. If I ran my business this way... I would be out of business!!!!PS... thankfully there is an Avis/Budget just east of there and Brandi has taken care of my business rentals since some 60 plus this year alone.

Worst than the worst worst. We got kicked out of the store because they wanted to cancel our Expedia rate and sell us our rate.We got kicked out the store and felt racism really bad.

Staff was great, but we were given an electric car for a long road trip to mountain towns. They had no other option. Having to find electric charge stations totally altered the plan for the week, rather than being free to go wherever a d whenever we wanted, which was the point of the vacation. Agent said there were fast charging stations everywhere we were going, but many required stays at expensive hotels or going miles off the intended route.

Upon our arrival from the airport, we were told our 10-day reservation was cancelled because we arrived late. The customer service rep was unapologetic and did not offer to help us find a replacement. While we sat in their lobby searching for an alternative car rental, the rep told us we were going to have a tough time finding a replacement car as Taylor Swift was performing in town. My son ran an online search for cars available at Hertz for the dates we originally reserved, and the site said vehicles were available at that location. As we drove away to another rental company, our driver speculated Hertz never had a vehicle available to us to begin with.

They didn't hold our car or contact us to let us know before we left the airport The agent was horrible and didn't try to help at all. STAY AWAY!!

Customer service initially was actually pretty good. Helpful staff and friendly. Took my rental and had no immediate issues. Once the weather warmed up the smell of marijuana took over. I couldn't get a replacement anywhere so we were stuck 800 miles from home with this thing. Luckily I didn't get pulled over. Now, you would think we would be offered a discount or even an apology for the marijuana smell, big fat nope! We were charged and sent on our way. No apologies!!! I asked what could be done about the cost and told it has to be taken up with customer service. So much for no illegal drugs or cigarette smoking in the cars. Renter be aware of this place.

THIS STORE TRIED TO SCAM ME! I rented a Tesla from hertz for 8 days. I wouldn't park anywhere sketchy, I live in a gated community and it's a Tesla so the car has 9 cameras. I had to leave early the next AM so I did a overnight drop off.. Hertz called me and said I damaged the car. When I arrived at their store I was greeted by the only female that works there (mind you before I rented the car she was talking about her boobs to a customer) she told me I wrecked the car and I told her that it wasn't possible and asked to see the photo, she was rude and had one of those I'm better than you attitudes. When she showed me the before photos she didn't zoom in on the damage so I took a photo of her computer screen with my phone and zoomed in and you can CLEAR as day see the damage. Hertz is using an oil such as armor all or body oil to hide damage on cars then when you rent the car the oil wears off and shows the true damage which they try to make you pay for. Don't fall for it luckily hertz had done this to my mom in CANADA so we had already knew about the scam. I will say Will the manager and the other two men are super nice and willing to help. The girl needs to be fired and never work in customer service again.

So Hertz corporate has a fun policy where you make a reservation to pick up a car at a designated time and location. However they do not guarantee that they will actually have a car to give you. We arrived at our appointed time and location and were told that the only car they had was an all electric Tesla. Since we were heading to areas where we couldn’t be positive there were charging stations, this was a gamble. Then we were told we could wait until noon when people *may* bring their cars back, but they couldn’t give us a guarantee. We asked for a refund instead and were told that refunds were only given by Corporate Billing and we had to contact them. The woman at this Hertz location was understanding and kind and clearly was not calling the shots but DO NOT go through Hertz for your next car rental.

I rented a car for a week through Expedia and everything went smoothly. Service was friendly, I got the car I requested and it was clean and new, no surprise fees/charges before or after returning the car.Easy, no fuzz, uneventful just the way renting a car should be.

Rental place itself is great - DO NOT USE EXPEDIA! They do not advise of holding amounts and you will be surprised. Staff was professional and nice

They called us at 1:23 they cancelled our reservation, when pick up was 1:30. Couldn't get a hold of them over the phone. Completely ran out of cars when I had the reservation for weeks completely disappointing and was left stranded in Colorado.
