Had a great experience. We made the mistake of getting there an hour before x-rays started but that was entirely our misunderstanding. Facility was clean, every interaction I experienced and saw was kind and respectful, and once it was our turn the process was very efficient. Went with two kids and they were treated with patience and kindness as well.

Tried to get an appointment scheduled, just SCHEDULED, and they won’t accept my referral in person, it has to be sent email. Oh but it can’t just be any email, it has to be scanned and sent as an pdf etc etc etc. if you guys don’t want customers or people to use the service just say that and don’t waste my time on the phone.

I’ve had both an MRI and an X-ray recently. Both procedures were performed effortlessly thanks to the competent staff.

I just had a MRI at Denver West location. Office staff was very friendly. Jeff, my tech, made the MRI less intimidating and scary. He did a great job at explaining what was happening at every point of the process.

Working with Lauren to get something scheduled was, and I know this is weird, inspirational. I had to talk with her as well as my provider to get things scheduled. Talking with my provider was frustrating. But I found myself relieved and happy when I knew Lauren would be on the line to schedule with Health Images. She was so reassuring, went above and beyond to offer extra helpful details, and was generally just a friendly, sunshiney person. I never knew that someone who works in a scheduling department could make such a big difference, but Lauren did. It reminded me to be kind, no matter what task I'm working on. She should get a raise.

The staff is friendly and does their best to make patients feel at ease. The times I have visited they are on time and do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible. The communication between staff and patient is clear and they go above and beyond in answering questions.

The medical staff is great. DO NOT TRUST THE BILLING OFFICE! The billing office and the tech monkeys who write their software are screaming nightmares. Because this business decided to switch software, YOU WILL be sent to collections. And, the collection agency is another business owned by the SAME healthcare profiteers! Keep EVERY receipt! Monitor your insurance billing and payments! Monitor EVERY automatic payment you agree to. They have to find their CEOs salary and the profits for private equity KKR's profits somewhere and it's probably in your pocket.Great Healthcare, terrible business!

Excellent facility, lots of handicap parking right out the door. Friendly, helpful staff. Taken on time, no wait. Will definitely use Health Images at Denver West again, if necessary.

Tiffany was rude, unprofessional and extremely loud to an obnoxious level and I could hear her yelling while I was getting x-rayed.Very little if any compassion or understanding from the X-ray staff.
