Stick with me on this. I spent 86¢ and solved a nagging project's stopping point. If you get to know guys like Kenny, you'll know that he works there on purpose. He's retired from a successful career and likes to interact with guys like me who need expertise to solve problems. But, as a customer know that the Kennys of the world also delight in customer gratitude. He doesn't need life advice on his choices in being a worker (recall he's successfully retired), he does it for kind customers' gratitude. So find a Kenny and treat him well in the hopes he'll be there next time when a 86¢ purchase can make your life better.”
“After reading this review some people will think that I was put up to this. I literally can not put into words how good their customer service is. In a day where most other companies treat you like they're doing you a favor, I literally left there with a smile on my face and a renewed faith in people. I couldn't believe after dealing with Representatives of other companies, post covid, that there was where's some folks out there that legitimately still cared. You can tell good people at the core, for those who know what I'm talking about. This was my first time in the store and they had to deal with me over a course of 5 days and I will advise anybody I know, looking to rent anything, to check with them first. If you don't believe me stop by there and check it out yourself. I don't know them on any personal level whatsoever but sometimes, once in a great while, you know good people when you do business with them or even talk to them.

“This is one of the more efficient Home Depot stores on a busy day. And every employee seems to be willing to help you find something. The only downfall is that most of these stores have small aisles making it hard to push your cart, full of lumber for example, to the register. Maybe more crowded asides than small. They put too many displays as hurdles through the main aside at the front by the cashiers. Other than that not too bad if you need to go to a Home Depot.”

“We want to thank Tanya, Kitchen Designer at store #1514 for all the hard work she put into designing our kitchen. We had gone to several other kitchen design places, (some we even paid a small fee, to) before we settled on Home Depot, because we were skeptical of going to a "big box" store for this big of a home project. We found the specialized Kitchen Design places continually trying to upsell their products and services because they worked on commission. Other Kitchen Design places didn't want to take the time to listen to want we wanted but wanted us to make quick decisions so they could move on to another client and more commissions. However, Tanya, Kitchen Designer at Home Depot #1514, took time to really listen to our wants and needs and did her best to design the kitchen with that in the forefront of her mind. She was always responsive when we had a question or concern. We are nearing our project completion and couldn't be happier with our kitchen and the help we received from Tanya, Kitchen Designer at the Alameda and Pierce store in Lakewood.”
