Their awareness of the members while training is excellent. From high school age to well above 50 year old members, they care about us all !!! This place has a wonderful team spirit and inviting culture by its members as well as its coaches.”

“I have been going to this planet fitness for over five years now. The staff men and women have always been so welcoming except Memo j/k. They say hello and goodbye when you leave. It is a very clean facility and they have a good variety of machines and free weights. On weekends there is a girl with short hair with purple in it. She is always cleaning, filling up paper towels and attentive. She saw me reading a sign by the desk and stopped what she was doing to see if I needed anything.
I appreciate all they do to make my gym experience a good one. I think we all need to remember that dealing with people day in and day out is not always easy. Give them some grace and remember our tone of voice and a smile can change someone’s day!”
“I moved to Lakewood recently and had to change my gym. So when I saw the reviews about 24hours I wanted to see if everything is so really bad…What I can say: The staff was friendly and it immediately made me feel better. Yes, machines aren’t new but it works completely well and also there is swimming pool so it was extra bonus for me ☺️ I think you do really good job and I hope everything will be so much better! “I'm very impressed with F45 Green Mountain. The location is great and the facility is clean. The equipment is in great shape and very functional. I've enjoyed the workouts, that seem to endlessly switch up. This keeps things interesting and helps to work all the various muscle groups. To top it off, the staff is helpful, cheerful, and motivational. I highly recommend this location.”
