I am customer of this Guess location from years.But first time I met officially with Staff. Oscar, John and Mellissa. I shop four or five times in-last six months. My last purchase was 900$ on Labor Day weekend . Such a great experience with John that day, he help me in outstanding way that day. Then I have some exchanges next week , Oscar help me with exchange process with great customer service. Oscar helped me before also in my previous visits with my questions . Mellisa every time very friendly and awesome . She fix my watches in very professional way with my wrist size. So I want to shoutout for these three awesome people in Colorado Mills Guess location. Recommending this Guess location to shop for your needs.

Shopped here for the first time yesterday!! The beautiful woman with glasses at the register was very polite and professional, a very welcoming store!

Cashier with the necklace that says Julio is so rude. She hates her job. She grabs all the clothing and shoves it in the bag without folding, I did let her know it was a gift. I had to ask for paper sheets. I would understand if she was busy and had a bunch of people, but I was the only person there. I literally had to take out the shirts fold them nicely then put the paper in. Ive worked retail and customer service my whole life. Please take the time to guide your employees, train them, teach them, and make them feel appreciated.

Selection was minimal and signs indicating extra discounts were confusing. I will consider alternative methods to buy Nike products before coming back.

Needed a new pair or shoes for work, so thought I'd come by. Found a pair for my dad's birthday and a pair I liked, but not in the right size. Ian was excellent, helped me find the size I needed in the design I wanted, and helped me sign up to save a good amount on both pairs. Will definitely come back!

Update on shoe posting....went back and saw a different manager who gave me full credit for the purchase of new tennis shoes. I am very pleased with the outcome. I am hopeful mangers will strive to be consistent with customer first focus.

Store states It closes at 9pm. Showed up at 8:15 pm and the doors are lockedWhile associates are inside. Waste of time!

Drove 25 minutes, google states the store is open until 9pm. Closed at 8:15 and there are associates in the store. Truly frustrating wasting time to drive somewhere that has posted hours and doesn’t honor them!

Every time I’ve been to this Guess, they close early. They’re never actually open until the time they have posted, and it’s so frustrating.
