Absolute disappointment. I was part of the client group that was moved from the previous company to Hamilton, and it was quite possibly the worst transition I had ever experienced as a client. Even with the poor transition, I chose to stick with them to see how they handled taxes. There is no way to get a hold of anyone outside of a message within their portal - most messages took 5-7 days for just a response, and most of the time the response was, "We will look into this," rather than any kind of answer. Most recently, I had an issue with the IRS because they mishandled my quarterly taxes, and it took over TWO WEEKS to get any kind of response - and they took zero responsibility for the mishap. If you like talking to an actual human, or appreciate getting help with payroll or taxes, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I've been extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from CSA Accounting. I uploaded all my documentation for taxes in February, had a meeting with the head of the company reviewing the documents, then according to them their system deleted all the files and no one cared to update me until I had to ask where my taxes were. They have continued to take a long time to respond to most messages as they are being acquired by another company right during tax season. Now I'm going to have to pay late fees on my taxes because they are being so slow.

CSA is the best! Even as a very small, 3 person business, CSA makes sure we are very well taken care of. I am sure they have quite a lot of clients to keep an eye on. Nevertheless we have never been put on the back burner or felt like our needs were lost in the shuffle. Quick replies and a helpful, knowledgable team is the standard at CSA.

Kayleigh and her team are always efficient, effective and easy to work with. Hanna has done my business taxes a few times and it is always a breeze. I ALMOST look forward to tax time knowing that they'll handle my returns and I don't have to worry about it.
