We walked in on a Friday night for my son's haircut at 640. Both female employees were sitting on chairs on their phones. The lady who cut my son's hair didn't even greet him or talk to him the entire time. I had a coupon pulled up on Facebook. When I was ready to pay, it was gone. I told the lady I was looking for it, she said you have 8 minutes. No customer service skills and very rude behavior, meanwhile I'm paying HER to do a job?? I didn't find it and we paid and left. I found it that evening and called the store the next day to ask if I could get a refund for the difference, I was told a manager would call me back. No return call by the manager. I then called again on Monday. Roxy the manager answered and I told her the situation and asked if I could get a refund. She says no because I paid with a credit card and not cash. Like how many people pay with cash now? I asked her if corporate would help, she said no they won't do anything its independently owned. I asked for the owners info, (meanwhile this is over a refund of $8 dollars), she laughed and said no. I asked her, I guess I'm just at a loss? She said, yes. The fact that she laughed and showed no sympathy and didn't even attempt to help shows awful management. This is so sad a customer gets this type of treatment. Interesting as great clips makes over a billion a year yet can't refund $8 for a coupon that was found?

Horrible experience. There's no point in the online check in because they let a guy who is a regular go ahead of us and made us wait 30 min. Then when she was done with him, the stylist disappeared and left us with one person to cut our 2 daughters' hair. We were the only ones in the place and it took an hour and a half for 2 simple kids hair cuts. Usually we are in and out of a place in 30 min. Our 4 year old took a magazine out of the rack and had it sitting on the chair next to us, and the stylist came over and put it back in the rack, because "we are about to get really busy." They were extremely unpleasant and we will not be back.

Normally Roxy cuts my hair and she does my hair top notch but today I went in and some guy(didn't bother to get his name) butchered my hair. The back is uneven and choppy, this sides aren't even, he only cut one side of my hairline besides my eyes and didn't bother to blow any of the cut hair out of my hair. It's like this guy was speedrunning a haircut because I was done in five minute. It wasn't a complicated cut but I'd trust my friend whose never cut hair before over that guy

Asked for a bang trim; got a MULLET instead. Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Roxy tried to fix it; made it a little better. Roxy is great but everyone else here is a butcher. Literally hacked my hairs. Makes me cry daily; not even exaggerating, WORST cut I’ve had; even compared to my elementary kiddos. The WORST cut I’ve ever had, literally. And they don’t care; said “people have bad days; I don’t know why she’d cut that chunk but guess shewas having a bad day”Well her “bad day; mistake” is the absolute PITS! That will cost me years of regrowing. How can you even have a job like this and make that HUGEof a mistake. It will take YEARS to regrow. I’ve never had this horrible of a cut. Never been even close to this level of disappointment?☹️

I always schedule Roxy, as she gives me a great haircut. She makes suggestions about my cut that I like. The problem I have is that on your sight, I don't know if I will get her as my stylist when making an appointment online!Service: Haircut

Will not be returning to this location or company. The haircut I got 2 days ago was so bad when she was done I was afraid to ask her to fix it. I went somewhere else and paid them to fix it. This company will clearly hire anyone.
