Did not have an appointment and it was a Saturday early afternoon and they still managed to squeeze us in. Needed a pre trip inspection on our vehicle and we were told that everything looked great and we were good to go. No charge or anything. Super friendly gentlemen and they vacuumed out the car and cleaned the windows!
